Excellent accommodation with everything you need. The house is well equipped for preparing meals. The friendly owners offer organized service - you will even find toothbrushes -) It is also strategically located to explore the island although you will definitely need a car to Rhodes or Lindos 25 minutes and next to the famous Tsampika beach 7-8 minutes by car - it was our best beach! We would be happy to be back again! I highly recommend it.

Hospitable, pleasant and extremely-helpful Maria and Nikolas have welcomed at the apartments at agreed time. Apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay-if you are lucky to find something missing :), Maria and Nikolas will be always ready to help you. Clean, well-equipped, cool apartments will give you the feeling of home. Great sandy beach Kolymbia, cafes, tavernas, bars, are in 5 min walk from the house. Highly recommended place for a carefree rest!!! (special thanks to Maria and Nikolas for a welcome dinner: home-made chicken and a bottle of red wine- it was very needed after a long trip)

Everything was really perfect!

The house was exactly as portrayed in the photographs. It was fresh and modern with all the space and equipment that we needed. The owners, Nikos and Maria were very good. They left some nice food and drinks ready for our arrival as well as a freshly made Moussaka which was very tasty. They also kept in touch via WhatsApp during our stay to make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything. Washing machine powder and washing up liquid and cleaning cloths were provided as well as ample toilet rolls. There was just the two of us, but the property would easily accommodate four adults. We enjoyed sitting in the front garden for drinks in the evening. There is also a small terrace at the rear, off the bedrooms, which was a nice shady spot for breakfast in the morning. The house is situated just a few minutes walk off the Main Street in Kolymbia and about 10 minutes walk from the beach. This is one of the best houses we have rented in Greece, we would not hesitate to go back or to recommend it to our friends. Nikos and Maria came to see us off when we left and gave us a lovely gift as a souvenir!

There was a small problem with the hot water which was fixed very quickly.

This house is fantastic!!! We stayed for 7 nights end of August. There are two separate bedrooms with separate bathroom in each. The place is extremely close to Kolymbia beach as well as the main street and have all the extras you need for a perfect holiday. All rooms have got air conditioning. There is amazing front garden with barbecue and table for evening meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities for cooking. On our arrival we have been greeted from Maria and Nicola. Maria was so nice to make authentic greek chicken soup for us, there was ice in the freezer and fresh fruits in the fridge. Our hosts went beyond our expectations!!! Need to mention that everything is furnished and decorated with such of a style. Even board games have been left for us as well as Wifi with no extra charge. We would love to return back here again! Do not miss this place!!!
