Our stay at Wendy's was very accommodating. The house was comfortable, roomy, clean and beautifully decorated.There was everything needed for the time spent there. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The grounds in the community were very well taken care of as was the pool and all other ammenities. Short drive to the beaches with plenty of free parking in Ocean City Maryland.

This home was perfect for our family of 12! There was so much to do, so close to this property that we enjoyed so much!! The home is gorgeous and very spacious! I definitely would recommend to everyone!

We had a great vacation staying at Wendy’s home. There was more than enough space for everyone to relax. The community was quite but there was plenty to do. The home was clean and well stocked. The owner was quick to reply to any questions we had. We will definitely look forward to renting again.

The home was beautiful, spacious and just as described! Our whole family of 15 really enjoyed our week. We really loved having breakfast and dinners on the large patio. The neighborhood was very quiet and a safe development to ride bike. We loved the pool and used it often. We also enjoyed doing some crabbing. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we had everything we needed. The kids loved the foosball in the bedroom. We had 5 children, ages 4-7 sleeping in that room. It worked out great! Wendy was amazing to work with. She always answered my emails right away we so appreciated the Welcome packet with details on every room as well as helpful advice on what to bring. We would definitely come back to this property. It is beautiful!

Our family of nine spent a wonderful week at this property! It is exactly as advertised and reviewed: spacious, clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks in the canal and also loved the short walk to the well maintained pool. The grandchildren are already talking about, "when we come back here." Our recent, memorable family vacation with our children and grandchildren was made all the more enjoyable by this beautiful home and all the amenities in it and in the neighborhood - the wonderful kitchen, dining and family room areas so we could all enjoy being together, the pool (which Wendy pays for so we could enjoy it without additional cost), the kayaks and PFDs so everyone could enjoy the canals, the roomy bedrooms and comfortable beds to rest in at the end of a long and fun day - this home was a total delight to stay at! There were 11 of us and there was still room to spare, and everyone loved the sunroom (well, truth be told I didn't get much chance to enjoy it since everyone else was in it - LOL)! Thank you Wendy for a great week and for always being so quick to respond to a message - you set a high bar for future expectations! All week long I kept thinking of the quote "we didn't know we were making memories, we just knew we were having fun." Can't wait to come back next year, thank you Wendy!

The house was as described and had all the kitchen gadgets which was great since we cooked 50% of our stay. Communication with the host, Wendy was smooth and prompt. This was my annual vacation with my 2 sisters and the house fit all our needs especially the rooms which had an attached bath. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Wendy house was big enough for our family of 13. From grandparents to kids, it was perfect. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, not a couch. There was your everyday items at the house. This was our first vacation, from my parents, to all our children, spouses, to grandchildren. Everyone loved being able to sit at a table and eat together, telling stories, playing games, and enjoying all being together. Short drive to beach, and all ocean city has to offer, even 3 minute drive to grocery store! Wendy is a great host, and wants her vacationers to enjoy the house. Wendy is right, the sun room is everyones favorite room. Awesome time !!!!!!! Thank you Wendy !!!!!!

We loved the location & overall neighborhood of this property. It was a huge plus to have no amenities fee to use the pool & gym like we've experienced at other places. Wendy (the owner) was EXCELLENT with communication & was very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Spent an extended weekend here and the stay was amazing! Wendy was a pleasure to work with and was so easy to communicate with. The home is so relaxing and set up perfectly for a large family vacation. We stayed with a combo of adults and kids/babies and all were sad to leave at the end! Will definitely be looking to rent this property again in the future!

This house is in the perfect location! It is close to several beaches and other fun things to do. The house, itself, includes many amenities. Wendy was always easy to reach. I would highly recommend this spot.

We have traveled to Delaware for family beach vacations for the last 7 years. This was the best place we have stayed. The owner has amazing communication, the location is beautiful, the house is furnished and set up for families (we could sit 10 of us at the dining room table), the extras like kayaks and crab traps and beach gear and no fees to use the pool. I could go on and on. Everyone from the smallest to the oldest had a great time and we look forward to returning.

We were delighted with our stay at beautiful Hidden Bay Breeze. Our host, Wendy, was so easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. This house was spacious and open for wonderful conversation and fun during our dinners. Speaking of dinners, the kitchen is so well equipped and had plenty of dishes, wine glasses and even plastic cups for the little ones...they thought of everything. Hidden Bay Breeze is located in a beautiful community where we all enjoyed using the pool, the basketball courts and numerous walks with the grandchildren due to plenty of sidewalks. The outdoor patio is very spacious and the grill was clean with plenty of propane. The drive to beach is about 15 minutes and the house is only about 25 minutes from Ocean City boardwalk and night life. The local restaurants and night life is within a 10 minutes of this great house. As this review indicates, we were absolutely delighted with this vacation house and can't say enough about our experience including the comfortable beds. We look forward to another family vacation at Hidden Bay Breeze. Thank you, Wendy for making this home so comfortable.

A warm and lovely home with plenty of space for sprawling out. We were a party of 13, all ages and this worked beautifully. We enjoyed the facilities, the pool, bocce court, and kayaking. The neighborhood is quiet, lovely to stroll through in the evening. Hawaiian shave ice is a nice walk for a delicious treat. Wendy was a pleasure to work with, responding quickly to any and all of our questions and concerns. Great beaches, Fenwick a bargain, Bethany adorable! We had a fabuous week, can't you tell?!

There aren’t enough words to express the wonderful time we had on our vacation. The house is immaculate and beautifully appointed. Wendy is lovely and very accessible. The location was perfect as we were able to access beaches from Rehoboth to Ocean City at any time (all within 40min), but probably the most important aspect was our ability to spend time with our entire family. We enjoyed Fractured Prune mornings and seafood and ice cream evenings; burgers and dogs on the grill and kayaking. The kids worked out in the gym, ran, biked and skateboarded in the neighborhood and enjoyed mini golf just down the road a bit. No one wanted to leave, so FOR SURE we will be back again. Our family of 13 had a great week at Hidden Bay Breeze. The house is well stocked and beautiful. We were all able to sit around the table to eat together which isn't always easy to do with our size group. The sunroom was definitely a favorite spot to hang out. We enjoyed being able to use the kayaks and the pool was another favorite spot. The beach is about 15 minutes away and you do need to go early for parking. Thanks for sharing your space! We loved it!

This home is very well kept and the community has amazing amenities. Wendy, the owner, is very accommodating and responsive. This was a great stay for our two families. I highly recommend this home!

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in this wonderful house celebrating my husbands 30th birthday. The house was amazing, everything was clean, the space was nice and open to accommodate my family of 7 as well as my husbands side of the family. Wendy was so pleasant to book with she responded in a timely manner and she was very sweet. The community is very quiet and nice and beautiful we loved waking up and going to take a walk over by the lake and seeing all the birds.

Everything was more than we expected. The owners were very helpful and attentive to our questions. Lovely home, clean and had everything we need to make ourselves at home for our getaway with family. The kids had a blast even though it rains most of the time we were there. We would come back again hoping better weather, go fishing, kayaking and chill more outside. Thank you Wendy!

We felt very welcome and comfortable for our long holiday weekend at the beach. The home was absolutely spotless, and is fully stocked for a stress-free vacation. The kitchen and dining pantry had everything we needed and more. From the fantastic soaking tub to the game cabinet, to the bikes and helmets and the foosball table, it had everything we needed to stay entertained even on the colder, windy days. The neighborhood is really delightful and very walkable, and just a few minutes from direct beach access, go-karts, mini golf, great food, and the boardwalks at Bethany and Ocean City. It's really a perfect location, with plenty of space in the house for winding down comfortably after busy days. Thank you so much Wendy! A beautiful multi family home (pictures do not do interior justice). Our host Wendy was very kind and quick to respond to all inquiries. The house was stocked with great outdoor games and great appliances.

We had a great vacation at this awesome house. Everything was perfect and very clean. The spacious house is well maintained, equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was a pleasure to book the rental with Wendy and Don. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect for your stay.

They are the worst place to book. Owner doesn’t even like their guess. House says sleep 15 but they want few people to stay. It makes no sense

We are giving our rental experience 5 stars! This house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and fully stocked with anything you’d need for a great vacation! It’s also located near several beaches and great Summer attractions. We really love that it had a very nice pool and “baby pool” area for younger kids, as well as a nice playground. There is something for everyone to enjoy there too as it also has a gym and tennis and basketball courts. We highly recommend this place and will definitely go back!
