The television wasn't high definition on NBC. Also, the cable guide did not match the actual channels.

love tat they make going to the beach easy with beach towels, beach chairs, and the golf cart that took you and picked you up, at your request. The breakfast selection was good, having a set time to come made it so you were assured of seating and sufficient food was available. . Staff were very friendly and attentive in general.

We were given keys by the staff and had gotten situated in the room only tom find out that they had given another guest the same room and they entered the room with us in the room . The manager then called the room asked who I was put me on hold and then after an extended wait told me that we would have to leave the room. She then came to the room and told us that we were supposed to be in the room above that was just like the room we were in except it did not have the balcony. We told her that this was very inconvenient and that the error was their error. She only offered to have someone come and help us move. We had to ask her for some sort of compensation. She begrudgingly said she would give us a 50.00 refund. It was embarrassing and inconvenient to have to move and the manager's handling of the situation was as if we were wrong. I had spoken highly of the hotel and did not think the room we received was as nice as the initial room. An acknowledgement of the error by the hotel and an apology without prodding from us would have been nice.

Loved everything about Hotel Rehoboth! Staff was helpful and friendly, rooms spacious and clean, and amenities were lovely. The shuttle to and from the beach was great - we didn't move our car from check in to check out! It was easy to walk everywhere else we needed to go.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A lot of great restaurants are within walking distance. It was great that they offered some extra amenities such as the shuttle to the beach, free breakfast, wine and cheese, and chocolate chip cookies.

Room was large and clean, well kept up. Lobby is pretty. Nice service details like the night chocolates, wine and cheese. Staff is polite and friendly. The included breakfast was quite nice.

Not much to dislike about this place.

The hotel is immaculate and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly and accomodating. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

My one and only negative is the TV service. Although the remote has buttons for Netflix and Amazon, they are not available. It would be a nice addition to include streaming service.
