Location is very good

Got an early check-in which I appreciated. Very clean apartment with kitchen, fridge, good shower and comfy bed. Very quiet neighborhood. just around the corner from the train station. Ideal for dropping off your bags and exploring the old town of Görlitz (about a 10 minute walk away). Quick and steady wifi.

Desk to work on is the middle of the apartment, can be a struggle with the power cord. Also five keys on your key ring, you only need two and you have to sort through them. Very minor quibbles, these, though.

Big windows, comfortable bed and easy chairs, elevator, easy check in, pleasant host, good-sized room, excellent location near the station and a short walk to the old town, nice building and area, plenty of cupboard space and hangers.

The wifi could have been better. I couldn't access my email account at all the last 24 hours but it worked perfectly well on the train back.

Darius is an awesome host who was very helpful. He was helping us with whatever request we came up with. There was a mistake from my end while booking and I failed to add my kids' details properly but Darius gave us an extra bed for my kid at no extra cost. Property is just 200 meters from main train station and easy to reach. Edeka is around the corner. Apartment is new and super clean. Overall I enjoyed the stay and recommend it to others.

Excellent customer service, I haven't experienced such a warm welcome and professional attitude in a long time. Location and the amenities were great. Apartments were newly renovated. If we need to stopover for another night we'll stay there again.
