The front desk is not staffed overnight and no staff in the morning when leaving prior to 9am. it became apparent that the property hosts mostly longer term tenants. The bed was very close to the wall and not very comfortable. I booked here over budget places like motel 6 which I feel like this was comparable to so would have silly stayed at one of those instead.

I did not care for anything. Very disappointed for the price I paid.
When I checked into my room, the gentleman checking me in was not very friendly. When I got to my room, there was a HUGE hole punched through the bathroom door. Int the bathroom, there were many pink stains all over the counter top. Above the mirror in the bathroom, all lights were burnt out except for one. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom and there was no coffee maker in the room. Very, Very disappointed in the whole experience for the price. There was also no one that attended the desk all weekend. I did not feel safe at all.

Very noisy all night long. Inside and outside. It was an extended stay. I would not have booked, if I had known. It was like a low income housing project.

Newer hotel, and everything felt clean.
There were lots of longer term guests, and there were more times than not (all times of the day and evening), people outside in the parking lot, hanging around, and people smoking around the front doors. It wasn't always comfortable to walk through those groups into the hotel.

The location was great
It was dirty and the noise level everywhere was outrageous we got no sleep, and I over heard another guest complaining about the same thing.

Nothing about the experience was
They called me last minute and canceled my reservation because they said that somebody staying in our room was extending a few more days. We were left with no hotel as there was a softball tournament in town and everything was booked. Will never ever ever book through them again.

The rooms were clean and in very good shape
the clientele hanging around the property was scary and we were afraid to leave our room. it appeared as though this must be a place that housed the homeless and illegal aliens. When we were checking out the front desk was on the phone with the sheriff getting a list of people that had been arrested the night before so they could clean out their rooms

Location only good thing
Every time you walked in there was a group of 4-10 people right next to the front door smoking had to walk through a cloud to get in. Once in the odor of smoke never went away. Our room was in okay shape but when our friends traveling went to their room next to ours as we requested it was found to be not ready (full of trash and not habitable at all). Neighbors smoking in a bathroom in the middle of the night let it in our room was not a great way to wake up.

kids running around all hours of the night and screaming. dirty bed sheets, obviously bed bed poop stained pillows they couldn’t wash out, no amenities, they don’t answer their phones at all. could never get ahold of the manager, and very next morning just crumbs of every food in the hallways.

I did not like very much about this room.
The staff was not very friendly, just straight business. The bed was horrible...uncomfortable and moved around every time I moved. During the night there was someone right outside my window working on a car until 2am that was so loud it sounded like it was in my room. I emailed the hotel about this and NEVER got a response.

location was great, the place was just to dirty inside; all common areas and rooms are not clean, so much dust on floors, staff was not friendly; not towels in bathrooms; little paper in bathroom;
just to dirty inside; rooms and commons areas needed to be vacuumed also bathroom, kitchen room were poorly cleaned; blankets sheets were dirty also; not happy at all with the stay;
