the facility was outdated and run down. we were in the basement in room 115 and the carpet was dirty and the people in room 110 were likely selling drugs from their room. the pool and hot tub had way too much chlorine and everyone in my party had stinging eyes and my son coughed all night. I also don’t think the breakfast room is big enough or offers enough food. all in all, I think for the amount of money I spent, I expected Holiday Inn quality. this should be a discounted hotel for the cleanliness and amenities offered.

Some cleanliness issues

The sauna and pool were great and the staff were nice and professional. There is a nice big grassy area for pets.

The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable I didn't get any rest all weekend. The hotel smelled really bad and there was a lot of stains. While they served a hot breakfast it wasn't very good. The hotel had quite a few questionable people hanging around the parking lot at all hours that didn't make my family feel very safe.

I liked that the breakfast was included. Front desk lady was really nice. Decent size bathrooms.

I was charged half my total when booking and the other half at check in. After leaving, the hotel they charged me again a couple days later, even though I had already paid. I was not informed that they'd be doing that. Speaking to the manager after he called me at like 11pm on a weekday, he was very rude, kept cutting me off, and then ended up hanging up on me after trying to blame the front desk lady. The funds were called a "hold" for the split, even though it was the entire charge. Very unprofessional of him to call me so late, and they way he spoke to me was ridiculous. With the double charge they ended up over drafting my account, and he didn't offer to refund me.the $20 overdraft fee. Also, the hot tub was broken after I specifically called the week before to make sure it was working, and the pool was ice cold.
