Overall the home worked for what we needed it for, which was a place to come back to after the Disney parks that was spacious, and had a pool for a quick dip.
Pros: spacious, with 2 TV/living areas making it great for multiple or large families. Large kitchen island was nice and a dining table that fit our group of 7. 2 master bedrooms with en suites. Home was on the end of the row so you aren’t sandwiched in between homes. 2 different themed rooms for kids which was a hit. Home was clean. Pool is small, but worked for 2 kids (the smaller part is not a hot tub, it’s just a jacuzzi with jets).
Cons: rugs need replacing; they are beyond cleaning/repair. This was cited in a VRBO review from a year ago. Kitchen utensils are bare bones, and was very disappointed that we had to go to Wal-Mart on our vacation to buy simple things. The following is not included: pot holders, salt & pepper (and any other consumable product), wine opener, can opener, peeler, laundry basket. Upstairs TV did not work. Home only provides 4 pool towels which isn’t enough, and there is also a sign that says you cannot bring those towels to the community pool/waterpark which means you have to go and buy towels. Community pool is nicer in the photos

There was alot of coordination required with a group of 10, this house was the easiest part. The perfect place to wind down after our long days. They were easy to work with and communicative. House was clean and comfortable.

From beginning to end, accommodations were easy and without any hiccups or stress. Rental home was very well kept, very clean and several appliances appeared to be brand new. For early June, despite bright sunny days near 100 degrees, enclosed pool/spa was a little too cold.

Responsive to messages, but no action was taken. Yes, it rained and wind was blowing prior to our stay, but the pool area has a cover.
Good location. If corrective action is taken, i would recommend this location.

The pool in the picture is deceiving; it is not as big as it looks; the pool was not heated even though we paid for it and when we asked about it, we were told the "heated" spa should heat the rest of the pool, but nothing they could do; the pool had candy wrappers, hair pieces, and gunk in it when we arrived on Sunday; when we called about it, we were told they only clean it on Wednesday's so nothing they could do; they did not give us a skimmer to do it ourselves; pool was not useable; trash was left from renter before us; our neighbors renting across from us had the same issues; the management company managing this home which is Florida Vacation Rentals is not helpful and we will not be renting anything through them again; so disappointing. the call center took messages and no one called back; you only get one towel per guest in the house so forget if you need an extra one to wash hair, etc. We have rented other homes through VRBO and this has been one of the worst experiences. Avoid renting this house through that particular rental company if you can. The pros to the house is that is very large and the beds were comfortable, but that is about it.

Overall rental experince was a 7.5. The house was very clean (other than one room). Two of the TV remotes didn't work. They were labeled for each room but they turned on TV's in other..odd. We would stay here again, however they should invest in more quality pillows. Overall it was perfect for my staff as we visted the PGA Merchandise Show.

We had a great experience. The house is in a great location. Not having to take I-4 to get to the Disney locations was very nice.We asked for the pool heater to be on and paid extra for same. Either it was not on, or we should have asked what temp it would be heated to. We could not use it. The starter pack was nice, but could have included a few K-cups, tea bags and cream/sugar to start (other vrbo’s I have stayed in provided this). The only issue was the 1st floor master bath: The water never got really hot, the tub had a big patch in it and there were no towel bars in that room.

The house was very clean, plenty of beds and space (especially for all 7 of us girls to get ready each morning). The pool was fun! Very easy to get to all of the Disney locations from the house. We were thrown off for where to place the trash, but only because the lid to the trash bench was open the entire stay and we didn't realize that it covered up the only signage that stated where to place the trash. Brian was very quick to answer our questions though! We had a small hiccup with being charged for a broken clock after we left, however we were able to provide video evidence taken just before we exited that proved we did not break the clock and it was stated that we would receive a refund for the $60. Unfortunately, the refund has not occurred as of yet (15 days later), but I'm hopeful that we can get this sorted out!

Plenty of room for my entire family that went with us (8 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 infants). Close to all attractions. Great family vacation.

This property is located a solid 25 min drive from Disney, at all hours, because of traffic (except maybe the middle of the night). If you plan to go back and forth to Disney more than once per day, this property becomes very cumbersome because of the distance. Also, the fitness center doesn’t open until 7am so trying to work out and make it to “rope drop” won’t happen.

Very nice home! Loved the layout of the house and how clean and chic it was! The only thing it needed more of is kitchen supplies (bowls, wine glasses, wine cork, etc..) and a broom! Other than that it was perfect! And the people who managed it were very quick to respond!
