I had traveled with 9 men for an epic bachelor party weekend. This house had to be the perfect place to stay and host. Located 5 minutes from parque Lleras , many restaurants in walking distance. Miguel was our host for the weekend and was the absolute best. Anything we needed he was there for. Above and beyond service. The house itself was clean, huge and overall the perfect stay for our trip.

First absolutely stunning house. Went down for a bachelor party with 10 people. Everything you want within a villa style house. 12 Individual rooms with 16 bathrooms and enough hot water for everyone everyday. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities are fantastic, pool and hot tub (cleaned daily) - covered pool table and grill. Your own little nightclub and so much more. The house is a compound fully secure and guarded with security, 10ft walls for privacy makes you feel very comfortable. You can’t forget to mention, Miguel. He is the heart and soul of this place, ready to assist and help at any moment. Miguel is absolutely awesome. I Would recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy Medellin.

From the pictures of the property it looked as it would fit the wants and needs of our group, but there were a number of things that could’ve made our trip better. Upon arrival after the check-in time, the house was still being cleaned in preparation for our arrival. The 24 hour Butler/Security service was nice, but only having access to the property by alerting him when we were ready to leave and having to ring a doorbell to get access back to the property was challenging as we wanted to explore and would leave and come back at various times. The last thing that I will mention is that overall the place wasn’t too clean and offering accommodations of up to 12 people is unrealistic when with our group only having six, everyday a number of people had no hot water to take a shower in their room.

The location was super convenient. We stayed here for a work convention, super close to the convention center; publix and several restaurants within walking distance. Rosely was super easy to communicate with, when we had an issue, she was quick to respond to help.

This place has had an address that didn't exist. Host would barely respond to messages. They provided another address and confirmed everything was good. Host ended up canceling the day we arrived.
