The property was as described cute little house. Everything was cleaning it when we arrived, which stay there again short walk to the beach.

Shawna is absolutely wonderful! This is our second time staying at this property and it has been great north times. Perfect distance from the beach, short drive to stores and Merritt island. I recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Cape Canaveral area :)

It was a wonderful stay, 3 blocks from the beach and everything you could ask for. Loved the neighbourhood and very easy to get around. Home was beautifully decorated and king size bed was comfy. Shawna was quick to respond to any correspondence I had. Check in was seamless. Would definitely stay again if available.

The house was perfect for us. Shawna was great to work with and very responsive when needed. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn’t cook much! Having the beach so close was perfect for viewing rocket 🚀 launches. We had to go down the road for a dog beach. The local dog park was good. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Ellie Mae’s and listen to music.

Check in was easy. Propery as described. The beach(camping) chairs, umbrellas and coolers a plus. Nice not have to buy a cooler. Not to far to drive to restaurants, beach mini golf and Kennedy Space center. Had all the dishes we needed. We cooked in breakfast and one dinner. Did not have any exterior noise to wake us up at night. We did not use any of the outdoor amenities.

Fantastic location for a beach vacation and NASA experience. Lovely comfortable home for a family of 4 or more. If we ever make it back to the east coast, we will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed staying here for a week with my husband, 2 teenage boys, and Cavalier King Charles. Owners thought of everything that you could possibly need at the house (dishes, pots and pans, towels, shampoo, etc.) Beach was about a 7-10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive at the end of the road from the house. Chairs, beach umbrellas, extra coolers, bikes, beach wagon, etc. were provided to enjoy the beach. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard and we enjoyed sitting on the patio while he ran around. Our boys enjoyed the snacks that were provided for us upon our arrival. Each bedroom was very spacious with TVs. House was very clean and was perfect for a family of 4. We had a great time and experience with renters! Would stay again!!

The home was close to all of the amenities! The only thing was wromg was the person who cleaned the home, did not clean at all.

We came to cocoa beach for our sons 14th birthday! This house was perfect for our multiple trips to Kennedy Space Center and a perfect walk to the beach! Highly recommend!

Upon pulling into the housing area we were apprehensive about the closeness of the fire station, but we were pleasantly surprised. The fire trucks did NOT turn their sirens on until on the main road. It was actually comforting knowing they were so close yet quiet. The house was decorated in fun beach-themed decor. It was SO close to the beach and had a tremendous amount of beach toys and equipment. The house was well equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, —everything you need! Overall we were so pleased to have found such a gem.

Very relaxing and enjoyable home. Clean and well decorated. Loved the backyard, and all the supplies available for use at the beach. Easy access to the beach, quick walk there. Having bikes were nice as well. Thanks you for a lovely vacation.

We stayed for a week with our dog - perfect location - five minute ( I walk very fast ) walk to the beach - lots of good food nearby - property was well taken care of and enjoyed a nice stay.

Great location. Nice but older house. It was 87 degrees when we arrived and the thermostat would automatically go to 61 when we had set it to 68 or 70. It would not stay where we set it. There could have been more bath towels and extra blankets for the night time when the thermostat went to 61! There was a not too pleasant smell when we arrived. We enjoyed the good beds. The beach was perfect. The waters and chips were nice and appreciated. The communication was great. Thanks for a nice stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this Cape Canaveral beach house. We appreciated that Shawna thought of all the details to make this a family friendly retreat. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including dishes, plates, cookware, spices, and even toddler plates, cups, and utensils. They even had a pack-n-play, high chair, beach chairs, a beach wagon, coolers, beach toys, and bicycles. There were plenty of towels and beach towels for use. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The beach entry was just down at the end of the road and there are free parking spaces. There is a large fire house catty corner to this home which was a nice safety feature. The fire engines do not turn on their sirens until they reach the main road, so noise was not an issue. My son got a kick out of waving to the firemen every time we left the house. Overall, this was a great get away!

This home was so perfectly decorated and was located close to the beach! The host was personable and quick to respond when needed. There are a couple local bars within walking distance that are perfect if you don’t want to drive and that worked out very well for us. We really loved and recommend Ellie Mae’s Tiki Bar location a street down on Jackson avenue. I recommend booking this home for your next stay in Cape Canaveral!

House was clean and decorated beautifully. Short walk to the beach. Spent lots of time enjoying the kids and grandkids, weather at the house playing games or at the beach our vacation was awesome

The house was very well furnished with everything we needed. The bikes and beach equipment was a plus. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard as we don’t have one at home. We would stay here again!! Thank You Shawna for the great communication.

Beautiful property rental in Cape Canaveral area. Close to all attractions. Highly recommend Navy Seal Museum in Fort Pierce. Kennedy Space Center, Victory Casino and of course the beach. Did not have enough time to see all the area has to offer but perfect location for families and also a great quiet weekend at the beach. Hope to be back soon!

This house is spectacular!! It is spacious, clean, comfortable and very well decorated in a beach theme. We have rented a lot of VRBO houses and this is the best stocked house we have ever stayed. The kitchen has everything. The bedrooms have lots of linens and the bathrooms not only had shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied but even had a hair dryer. All details were thought of including needs for children. There is a high chair, porta crib, and stroller for infants. For the beach, within walking distance, there are beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to take everything you need. There are bikes to get around the area. I cannot say enough good about this house and this would be a home we could live in. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed in this cute house for two weeks with our dog, Lacie. The house is decorated in a beach theme and was attractive, clean and comfortable. It was completely stocked with everything we needed. In the neighborhood, there were always people out walking their dogs and riding their bikes and we enjoyed doing these things too. We also enjoyed taking the short 2 minute drive to the free parking at the beach to the watch the waves and walk on the beach. When we weren't doing that, we loved hanging out in the fenced back yard with Lacie. We would definitely stay at this delightful property again.

The internet connection worked great for all our Zoom calls, and the layout of the house makes it easy to spread out for privacy. We worked every morning and headed to the beach every afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet with several restaurants in walking distance (hello, ice cream shop!), and many more shops and restaurants only a short drive away. There is a nice grocery store just down the road. I cooked most of our meals, and the fully-equipped kitchen had all the tools I needed. Walking to the beach was the best. Granted, January isn’t the most popular beach month, but we had plenty of space. You could look up and down the beach and see how much more crowded the beaches were near public parking lots. The house comes with everything you need for the beach. Show up with a swimsuit, and you are good to go. Housecleaning and handyman services are handled by local contracts, so if anything should come up during your stay, there is someone nearby to handle the issue immediately. The property owner is very responsive, and we did not encounter any problems with the property. This would be a great house for families. Everything you need for small children is included: pack-n-play, high chair, stroller. It would be an easy vacation to fly into Melbourne or Orlando with little baby gear and use what is provided with the house. Also, it is a 1-hour, easy drive to Disney. This house fulfilled my dream of a month by the beach. I only wish we had rented for two months! I would love to come back.

Stayed as was waiting to close on house. House was great however location was not the best. Although felt safe, numerous verbal arguments surrounding property.

The place was clean, had a ton of great beach toys (chairs, bikes, umbrella, etc) Property manager was very communicative. Place is a 5 minute walk to the beach so we went twice a day! Perfect little getaway!
