Good location for us

Hot and humid room and the fan supplied was totally ineffective. Smallest double bed I think we’ve had in a hotel. Lots of money for what it was.

Great service - everything about the place was about hospitality and friendliness.

Very friendly and caring staff, great food and lovely pub with a nice atmosphere. Location close to the train station is perfect for onward journeys. Looking forward to coming back soon

Unfortunately they don’t do breakfast but there’s a lovely cafe in walking distance.

The pub staff and customers were friendly. The pie was excellent. The room was a good size.

My messages to the pub were not answered. The fire alarm went off at 2 am. There was no breakfast but they did provide cereal and milk but the milk was on the turn. There was no soap in the dispensers in the bathroom. A T shirt had been left in the bathroom by previous guests but not removed. You were expected to enter your registration on a screen in the bar.

Only a minute from the train station, great room and bathroom, I had a very good meal downstairs in the pub, staff were very friendly and helpful.

if in case You forget somethink in the property , it is very difficult to communicate with the staff about “ lost and zfind” .

very convenient for Stansted airport friendly down to earth atmosphere fresh milk and cereal available in the room for anyone needing an early start

We spent the night of New Year Eve, people was nice, and food was great. The position is perfect for people who need to be the at the airport in the morning

the ambient was very cozy and warm in all little details, both accomodation and pub area. The stuff very kind and nice. Close to the airport and centre in the town.

10 out of 10 for us . Stunning room , beautifully decorated , great continental breakfast in room which I didn’t expect . very comfortable great pub & restaurant downstairs . Right by the train station & shops .

Didn't have breakfast as I had to leave before it started, but the menu looked fantastic!

When checking-in, I stood around for quite a while at the allocated spot before someone came to help.
