Really nice place easy to get in and out of had everything we needed!

Beautiful oceanfront facility with the sound of the waves luring you to sleep and the scent of the fresh sea breeze always in the air. The condo is well maintained, stocked and easy to have privacy, even with a large group.

Condo was perfect for us. Me my family were very comfortable. The view was excellent.

Nice rental. Very well stocked with all the necessities from towels, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking essentials, cleaning products, beach supplies, etc. I travel a lot and this is the most stocked condo I have ever rented! Location was great. Owner sent all information needed before the trip which was helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Great place to stay while racing Daytona Speedway

It's all my fault I did not read all the instructions. I knew the building was being remolded but had no clue that we would have no patio and we had a layer with us that was handicapped. No way could she be able to walk through all the construction to get to beach. Not haven a patio was definitely a deal breaker. The lady was very nice from your office and have us full refund we are all in our 70s and a bit in secure. They let us spend the night so we could find another place the next day. Thank you

This worked out perfectly for us. A brother...my son, d-i-l, and 2 grandkids...and myself for the weekend. Lovely unit very conveniently located. It will be nicer when the outside repairs because of last year's hurricanes are repaired, and the patio, etc... can be used. But the interior was very nice and served us perfectly. Thank you,

Great location - well stocked condo - everything except food and drink. Five people spent a pleasant week here while attending a wedding. Someday the pool and patio will be open and that would be fantastic (but then price will probably increase)! I would recommend this condo.

Amazing accommodations, beautiful condo. Spectacular beach. Highly recommend staying here. Close to all the fun restaurants and activities. Great for families and friends. If you like to cook, everything you need for a home chef is there. It was truly fantastic.

Property as described. Check in and check out went smoothly, owner kept in touch. Only complaint were dirty floors and dirty inside of dresser drawers. All in all, would rent again!

Wasn’t much to do in the area, but I enjoyed the beach and view, the patios wasn’t available, which was a big disappointment, but it was still walking distance,I love the condo, and the space was so inviting. I would definitely recommend for a big family. I wanted to stay one more day because the kids were enjoying themselves on the beach. But they were already booked. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your beach home.

The condo was so much larger then we expected and had room for everyone to feel comfortable. The beach front was beautiful even though there was some construction going on. We will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect set up for our family. We had three fouls and it was nice having our own bathroom and bedrooms. I would definitely recommend this lovely condo. The only complaint I do have is the floors were dirty. We had an infant with us and he was crawling on the floor a short time and his knees and top of his feet were filthy. We did have to wash the floors.

Great rates for condo on the beach. We specifically wanted three bathrooms and that’s not easy to find. All was as advertised and appreciated the cool AC at night. Honestly, we were barely in the condo due to our schedule - but was a great place to stay.

This condo was cozy and very spacious for our long weekend to celebrate my nephew's graduation. The views from the family room and master bedroom are breathtaking! We will definitely stay here again while visiting Daytona Beach!

The view and size of the condo were great. May want to get new cleaning company, the first night we went and bought mop pads - we swept/mopped the floors due to the bottoms of our socks and slippers being dirty. Mon, Tues and Wed we were woken up due to excavators working right outside our bedroom window removing the rock retaining wall. A portion of our stay we had to walk down to the car ramp to access the beach as the ramp directly next to the building was being used by construction. Wednesday I had a Maintenace show up at noon while I was alone with my 2 year old so they could spray for bugs. The man was friendly however I prefer to not be alone with my child when I have people coming to my own home and would've liked to be aware he was coming so I could have gone elsewhere. Communication on the construction and the Maintenace definitely could be better, we honestly would have chosen elsewhere had we known all the construction going on. We appreciated the stocked condo as well as all the beach equipment.

This place was perfect, easy beach and pool access, very spacious!

We enjoyed our girls trip to Daytona again at this unit. It is a spacious condo with wonderful amenities and a great location. We hope to satay again next year.

Our family is from Florida and we have stayed in many beachfront condos over the years , but this one was one of our absolute favorites. The condo is spacious and great for families, being on the first floor we loved , very easy and convenient as far as groceries etc. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need except a large soup/seafood pot and we bought one and left for the next guest. Overall it was just an amazing vacation and I would definitely recommend to others and we would definitely book again in the future.

Great location. Great time with family. I went to Daytona for 50 years with my parents and as I had kids and they got married and had kids. We all came. We stayed at this complex after they tore the Cairo down, but not at this unit. This is the first year back since my parents passed. It was bitter sweet. Want to come back again next year. Thanks for sharing your unit with us. It was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We experienced some great quality time with daughter and four grandkids. Unit was well equipped with almost everything you could possibly want or need without bring anything other than food. Only thing we needed that we couldn’t find was a gallon pitcher for lemonade. It has one now! We loved being on the ground floor and close to the pool. Will definitely try to rent from this owner again.

We had a blast staying at the condo. They had a lot of fun things to do in and at the condo. We took advantage of the ocean, pool, game room and courts!!! Walking distance to shops stores and much more. Would love to go back.

This is the best place we have ever stayed! We loved opening the front deck door and hearing the sound of the surf. The owners provided us with all the information we needed and we found everything in its place. We would love to stay here again!

This condo was fantastic. Best appointed place I've stayed in, in 17 years of going to Daytona. Very clean, nicely furnished with all the necessary furniture and fixtures. Owner was immediate with responses to questions. And for a 1st floor unit, I was very happy with the views and lack of noise from neighbors and floors above. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is awesome. It's at a great location, you can open the door and right out to the pool and beach. Everything was great. Will definitely look to stay here again and again.
