This condo was perfect for our family! It was clean and well maintained! We loved that this condo is on the first floor. It had a nice patio and was steps from the pool and ocean. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a very nice and super clean condo. The view is absolutely spectacular. It’s well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials and very close to Publix and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I cannot say enough about this property. It felt like I was invited to stay at a family members house. There were so many little things that made such a huge impact.
I am used to having to bring everything when I stay somewhere. Meaning everything from a box of garbage bags, tin foil, flour, oil, every condiment etc. To have those staples already there was an incredible help and a money saver because I usually have to throw out anything we didn't use when we leave.
The beds were so comfortable. Slept wonderfully.
Being on the first floor was great to just grab your beach chairs and walk a few steps to the beach, also a big plus when you fly to vacation.
I was disappointed that the pool was actually under construction while we were there and the construction started at 8 am, right outside my bedroom. But that does not change my opinion of this condo.
I will definitely be back next year. And I am already looking forward to it.

We had a great stay at this property. We were looking for a relaxing beach stay and this was the perfect spot for us. Being able to walk to the beach and being a short drive to the boardwalk was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was quiet and cozy.

We stayed for 23 days in January, wonderful kitchen with all supplies needed to make wonderful meals while watching and listening to the ocean. Felt very modern inside.1 minute walk to ocean. First floor was nice for my elderly parents to walk in and out. Very safe quiet area. Beds were very comfortable.ez communication with owners

The property looks just like the photos and the photos are stunning. This place was perfect for 5 adults. The kitchen is well equipped. So many thoughtful details. For example, extra throws and blankets. An HDMI cable if you want to hook up a gaming system. But the one thing I was not prepared for how incredibly close the ocean is. And how loudly the waves crash. Just step out onto the back patio to enjoy the best sounds mother nature has to offer. An amazing stay from start to finish. Hope we get to stay here again.

We all really loved our stay here. It was cozy, clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with everything you could need, including washer and dryer just for this unit. Great location in building on bottom floor and end of building closest to the beach. Just had to walk around corner and on the beach. Lovely stay, will book again if open. Thanks so much!!!

We had a great time. It was a good location and the condo was clean and renovated. Convinced to many things. It is sad to see hurricane destruction and can’t wait to see how the resort builds back. Thanks for a perfect family vacation spot!

The condo is exactly as described in the listing. and the hosts responded very quickly to any questions I had. The location is great! I loved hearing the sound of the waves and having my morning coffee on the beach. I would definitely go back!

My stay at this property was fantastic only gripe was parking very limited but in no way a deal breaker as i had a vehicle and 4 motorcycles at premise. Management was attentive and fixed any issue with urgency well definitely choose this place again.

Exactly as advertised. We were very satisified with our stay. Unfortunate about the hurricane damage, the patios would have been nice to have, but didn't inconvience us all that much. We will be hoping to book this unit if we ever come back this way

If your looking for a beautiful, 1st floor ocean front condo, look no further. The condo was fully stocked with all our kitchen needs. The beds were comfortable and the unit was modern and very clean. This was a perfect place to ease our sorrows as our 1st born got settled into college.

Best place we’ve stayed in Daytona.
We’ve been coming to Daytona every summer for years now and have stayed at some nice places but this condo has been the best by far. The owners are great at communicating with you and always respond promptly to any questions you may have. Condo has totally been renovated and is very nice. Felt like a home. Everything is clean and well kept. They provide so much for you if you forget anything behind. Being on the fire floor you walk right out of the condo and your on the beach or the pool area. 5 star 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone and we’ll be staying their again next summer

Beautiful condo
My family and I had a wonderful time here! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed at our finger tips. It was exactly what was pictured and LOVED the pool and beach access. It was perfect for our youngest (who is two) since it was a short walk back to the room. Abby and Scott are great hosts! Will definitely love to book again!

We have been renting at white surf for over 10 years now. This was our first time staying in 107 since the remodel and WOW! They’ve done an amazing job. Not only is it beautiful, it was SO well stocked! You could tell the owners care about their property and their guests’ stay. We’ve already booked next year! Very clean condo. We loved the easy access to the pool and beach from the ground level. Amazing views of the ocean from condo and balcony. Beds very comfy, kitchen equipted and laundry room. Easy and quick response from owners.
