Third time we've been here. We've done lots of self catering abroad, but this is much the best. Quite outstanding.

Nice clean modern villa with good facilities

Little too far from nerja centre. Villa sleeps six but only sun beds and outside chairs for four. Another set of keys would be handy as we were three couples. Upstairs bedroom could only access pool by going downstairs through front door and round side of villa. Not a great problem but steps from first floor balcony to pool would have been much easier

The villa was clean and comfortable. Excellent clean pool, comfortable beds and bathrooms. All the utensils you could wish for in the kitchen.

It would have been really appreciated if there was water in the fridge upon arrival, especially if you arrive outside shops opening hours, or a small welcome pack. Get used to the bus timetable, the walk to the beach is 30 minutes and 40 minutes to the Balcon which is fine as we enjoy walking and not a problem going down but quite hot going back uphill. Couldn’t order a taxi, they were only available from the taxi ranks, this maybe easier outside high season.

very clean and fresh - lovely bathrooms, good storage, well stocked kitchen, lovely beds- also loved the 3 outdoor spaces!

The property was spacious, in excellent condition and the roof terrace and poolside patio area was superb. Also, the sea view was lovely.

We only had one set of keys which was inconvenient at times, and for a premium property the TV channel offering was poor, no Sky channels, and it was hit and miss if you could access Netflix etc. A welcome pack would also be a nice addition to include some basic essentials.

The villa is stunning with an amazing view and has lots of space for a group of 4 adults. The property was clean and as advertised. Beds were very comfortable, and having 3 bathrooms was a real bonus. Easy check in/ check out and we were even able to check in early. The property manager was available for any queries by message if needed.

The only reason I wouldn’t give it 10/10 is that the basic supplies such as hand wash, tea/ coffee, salt etc were not present, which I would expect in a property of this standard. A basic welcome pack would be a nice touch- e.g. more than one toilet roll, hand wash, water and cooking essentials such as salt/oil provided. The location is very private but it is located a little out of the way from the main restaurants and beach area so a car or taxi is required if you are not able to walk for 20+ Minutes with a steep incline on the way back.

Extra charge for baby equipment (high chair and cot) was quite expensive given how much we were paying for the accomodatjon
