we tried to contact with the property owner several times before our stay and received no reply. Also we requested a cot which when we arrived we did not have any.

The location is perfect for whom is going to Disneyland. Very calm, silent and comfortable. The host helped us in finding the keys and open the apartment as well as with more information when requested.

The apartment was as in the pictures provided on the website. A lot of amenities are available. But no instruction on how to use them. Minimum toiletries were provided. A very quiet environment.

The bathroom sink was partially clogged, the apartment was dusty on higher things, like lamps and curtains. No option to manage the temperature in the apartment. A lot of pressure is placed on the renter to clean the apartment, because a price of $500 will be deducted. Information on how to check-in and reach the facility is provide, just after blocking this amount on the credit card. No possibilities to change afterwards, because this information is provided one week before check-in. The most annoying was the was to contact someone, they never replied on my emails. Finally after several attempts I could reach someone, but after working hours this is not possible. I had to call booking.com assistance to reach someone, because traveling does not stop after working hours.

It was spacious and the location was really good.

The location of this apartment was brill. 10 min drive to Disney. 5 min walk to grocery store. It was a great sized apartment and my kids loved the arcade game in the living room. Great facilities in the kitchen - fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle

It was clean apart from ants everywhere! On the kitchen counter, on the table, even in the suitcase when we got home. Not enough loo roll left. Would have been nice to have been left tea, coffee, biscuits - considering there was a coffee machine but no pods
