Wow, just a wonderful home! The house was just perfect for us. The layout is welcoming, super clean, every aspect was super well maintained, lovely decor, landscaping beautiful, views are stunning, all the lights are labeled, and location is just so central to everything in Sedona! Can’t wait to return. Out of all my VRBO rentals, this is by far the best! So grateful!!!

We spent a week at this property with our two boys and my parents. This house was perfect for every aspect -- so beautiful and quiet neighborhood, quick to access hiking trails and very close to shops and grocery stores that are not overcrowded with tourists. Our two sons enjoyed their daily short bike ride to Posse Ground for swimming, basketball, bike park, and tennis ( despite the intense heat!). Our parents loved their walk around the neighborhood. This house was so comfortable and spacious for six of us staying. It was super-clean and everything was very well organized. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about the property! The house was beautiful and well stocked. The views were amazing. We were a 5 minute drive from two trail heads (15 if you want a longer hike through a quiet neighborhood). Location was perfect - close to a gym, Starbucks and numerous restaurants. Check in and communication was super easy. Just a fantastic stay.

We absolutely loved everything about this place! The view takes your breath away upon entering and was as advertised. A very spacious place that still felt warm and cozy. Nice access to large TVs, excellent WiFi, and a private office area to work. They also had a great variety of cookware and dinnerware. Awesome location, a quiet neighborhood, and the home, showers, and kitchen were all extremely clean. The bed and sheets were very comfortable, felt like it was my bed.
The home was close to great restaurants, shops, and local treasures. There are a lot of amenities, as well as many extras in the garage. 4 bikes to ride and enjoy along with pickleball equipment. Owner/I Love Sedona Hosts have gone above and beyond to ensure that everything is in perfect condition and that your stay is spectacular. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again. We were searching for rest and relaxation, and we found it!

The property was spotless and amenities were above and beyond what was expected -- the kitchen was especially well stocked with supplies and tools, etc. so we could enjoy cooking! The beds were extremely comfortable and the principle suite is luxuriously large!
The location is secluded and quiet but a short drive to shopping and attractions. There was also access to Sugarloaf and Teapot trails within a 10 minute walk -- it was nice not to have to drive or use a shuttle in order to hike! It was also wonderful to unwind in the hot tub after said hikes.
Our group of four included one senior, a teen and two adults and we all found the home comfortable, convenient, beautiful and very relaxing for our vacation. Highly recommend this home!

We were traveling with our daughter, son in law and their two toddlers. It was so nice to have such a clean home to spend time in. Added bonus was the fact that we could be in separate wings of the house, but still come together in the main living area. Can't emphasize enough the cleanliness.
There were great Sedona informational books, Red Rock Pass, and hiking information available.
The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our grandkids even did their Easter egg hunting in the backyard! Overall, we would recommmend this house and look forward to staying here again on a future trip to Sedona!

This home was just perfect for us. There were five women in our group and we all thought it was fantastic. The home was equipped with all the basics and that was convenient. The kitchen had everything you needed in terms of tools, dishes, etc. We appreciated the saran wrap (and many other items like shampoo or body soap, scott towels) that you would hate to have to travel with or purchase for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and the entertaining social area was so comfy and relaxing. The view is awesome and the hot tub was awesome. The guide left for us was helpful. Perfect stay!

Amazing Property
Our family stayed in this home in June. The home was very clean! The location is great! Easy access to grocery stores, trails, and downtown Sedona! Communication with property manager was great both prior to and during our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation
The location was great and in a quiet neighborhood close to hiking, dining, and grocery stores. Sedona.org did a fantastic job communicating with us the entire trip as we had issues with the hot tub (the motor died the second day we were there = massive bummer) and the power went out the last night (outage in the area). The property needs a bug spraying as we did kill 2 cockroaches and a fairly large centipede. Overall, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the backyard is lovely.

Well appointed and comfortable home
We love Sedona and really enjoyed this home. It suited our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend. Only caveat is we would have preferred less obstructed views from the back yard and living area but the beautiful view from the master bedroom overly compensated.

Exceeded Expectations
What a beautiful place to stay in Sedona! A lovely home, with views from every room - the photos don't do it justice. It has everything you'll need to prepare meals, is walking distance from several trails, and the hot tub and back garden are wonderful places to relax. And it's pretty close to things to see and places to eat in Sedona. Hoping to get back some day soon.
