We loved having the two spaces for our group. The hosts were very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

The hosts were very communicative and easy to get a hold of! The houses were very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

House was great, I didn’t realize they weren’t connected until we got there, but it worked out. Plenty of room for everyone! And communication was great

Great house, not the best neighborhood
The inside of the house is exactly as the pictures showed and was great for the needs of a bachelorette party. We did wish that there was a nice path between the houses since they were not connected. Not the *best* neighborhood, we were very careful not to be alone outside with the people we saw hanging outside across the road or walking through the empty lot next door. Overall we had a very good experience.

Everything was very nice inside and just as described. Unit entry is on opposite sides but perfect for a larger group.

I wish the units on this property were connected on the inside but otherwise, it was fantastic. The houses and location were great and the host was one of the best communicators we've had so far.

A good spot for a large group
We overall enjoyed our stay. The houses were clean and well stocked with the essentials. We had a group of 20 and had enough for room for everyone between the two houses.
The neighborhood is questionable but we didn’t have any issues. It also appears that the neighborhood is slowly being rejuvenated. The houses are technically “connected” but there is no way to get from one house to the other without going outside and walking around. The listing made it sound like their was some breezeway or something to go back and forth between houses.
Also some of the outside could use some TLC especially the railings which are very loose and unstable.
Would stay again if I had another large group to accommodate in Nashville.
