stay was nice. house not the kid friendly. stairs were extremely steep which was nerve wrecking with young children. really very little.backyard although the back porch was lovely. amazing location. good communication with host. beautiful kitchen and living room.

Everything we experienced from the rental, the location, the beach area and our Verbo contacts met our every expection. I would not hesitate to do the same thing in the future.

Location was great. One block to the beach. Congress Hall directly across the street. Mini-mall just a few steps from the house with lots of shops and places to eat. the week went by much too fast! Our family had a great time and would certainly consider returning in the future!

Great location with plenty of room for our family of 11 . Large area with clean private spaces for everyone. This was our 2nd time at this property we already booked it for next year.

The house was in a great location, across the street from the stores and restaurants. It's also one block away from the beach! The house was immaculate with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. It's huge! It fit us all very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked pots and pans and utensils if you plan on cooking some of your own dinners. The beds were comfortable, especially the second floor bedrooms. Just bring some extra pillows. There are extra beach chairs, umbrellas and even a boogie board in the basement. The AC worked great, even on the higher floors. Parking is convenient in the back of the house. We fit six cars. I would definitely rent this house again!

So many upgrades to this property but sadly by end of July, the house was really taking a beating. Broken windows, ripped screens, cluttered and unorganized kitchen, badly stained carpeting throughout the house and sadly deficient cleaning effort. A lot of $$’s to rent this property. Owner was easily accessible but could do a lot more during the season to keep the property worthy of the money they are asking during high season in Cape May. Very disappointed. On line pictures show a pristine house. Not so for us.

Beautiful renovations to this home. 5 minute walk to shopping and beach. Plenty of space for a large group. Bring your own linens/towels.

The property was perfect for our family reunion/vacation. The location is great with being both close to the mall and a short walk to the beach.

We had a fantastic time visiting cape may. The location of this property was unparalleled- perfect walking distance to the beach, Washington street, and everything cape may has to offer! The house had plenty of room for our group to sleep comfortably. Would definitely revisit

We have always stayed on Howard Street @ the same house and decided to change it up and we are beyond happy with the new house and location! Neighbor was slightly challenging to deal with the first night but we worked things out and it was a great week!

House is great. Cape May was a ton of fun for a bachelor party. Neighbors are suspect, however. Would avoid house if large group.

We had a wonderful time staying in the house. There was lots of room for everyone and the house was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all.

The town of Cape May is a great location a relatively short drive from Northern NJ. The beach was fantastic, even if a little crowded. It is very wide so there is no problem finding space notwithstanding the current social distancing requirement. This house is in a great location. Host was very responsive with answers to questions. Plenty of beds, kitchen utensils and silverware in the house, We don’t rent much from VBRO so didn’t know houses don’t provide bed linen, towels etc and the listing doesn’t have any information on it. This could be a problem for people flying in and have luggage restrictions. lots of TVs around the house but you need to have streaming subscription to sign in and watch. We would definitely recommend this house, even for a large party.

Due to Covid-19 most of our summer plans were cancelled this year...but luckily we found this house in the nick of time and our family beach vacation was saved!! This is hands down the nicest place I have ever stayed in Cape May! There was more than enough rooms, and bathrooms, for all of us...6 adults and 5 kids! The house was clean and in amazing condition. The design elements and the modern decor, really make it feel special and unique. The owners attention to detail was not lost on us, the house has everything you could possibly need! Kitchen is fully stocked and the house has two washer/dryers which made things so much easier. The location is ridiculous! A block from the shops and 2 from the beach...can’t get better than that! Dev was also incredibly friendly and responsive and took care in answering all our questions. Cannot speak more highly about our host or this beautiful home. We are already discussing dates to rent this home again next summer!
