From start to finish, everything was fantastic about this stay. Doreen and Nick were incredibly hospitable, meeting us at the home, and showing us all the necessary items. They had a lovely welcome basket for us, and made us feel immediately at home. The home itself is immaculate, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked with any and every appliance you can think of, and coffee! The outdoor space was the best part of the whole space - beautifully landscaped yard, plenty of outdoor seating and even games for the kiddos. We have stayed in many VRBO over the years but none that was so intentional as this space, with regards to cleanliness, comfort and hospitality. We didn't want to leave! Thanks Doreen and Nick!

We came here as a family to attend a local Bible convention in Puyallup highlighting patience in a world of chaos. After each day it was the perfect house and property to unwind and reflect from a full day of education. The hosts were so completely kind and thorough. Nothing was lacking from this space. The beds were very comfortable and the house was calm and quiet. Our only regret is that we didn’t schedule one more night! We loved this house and would happily stay here again. It’s a comfortable, well-furnished house on a beautiful property. I loved seeing the green lawn and the red barn out the windows. The living room was cozy in the best way possible—meaning welcoming and comfortable, not small. There was plenty of comfy seating for the whole family to watch TV together, and we loved the gas fireplace. We enjoyed being out in the country. So quiet and peaceful! We took day trips to Seattle, Tacoma, and the Olympic Peninsula. And enjoyed hunting for treasures in many antique/vintage shops in the area. I HIGHLY recommend this rental, but here are a few things to consider just in case they might be a problem for your particular group: - The 4th bedroom is part of the master suite (no access to the hallway or the bathroom without going through the master bedroom). - The half bath is in the garage. It’s chilly out there, but it was nice to have that extra bathroom. The laundry room is out there too. - We had just enough cell signal in the house to text, but not enough signal to make calls. (Might be a concern for anyone staying “home” while others go out.) But note that the WiFi/internet service was excellent. - This house is in a rural area. So no walking just down the block to a cafe or restaurant. We are used to this, so it didn’t bother us to drive 15-20 minutes to “local” restaurants, but it might seem far to others. This house was EXCEPTIONAL in many ways: - Parking is available IN the attached garage, with use of the garage door remote during your stay. So nice during the rainy season. - The beds are incredibly comfortable. - There was real cable TV with all our favorite channels, including sports channels to watch live sports. - There is a separate room with the second TV that we used as a remote-work office. It could also be used as an additional bedroom. Doreen and Nick, thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I hope we can rent from you again.

Nick and Doreen were the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of communicating with during our stay. The home was beautiful and was well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen supplies! I recommend this home to all groups, small or large, young and old!

My stay here was phenomenal. Doreen and Nick were lovely hosts, they met us at the house at check in to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 will stay here again next time I’m in town!

Best experience yet, owners were awesome! Will be booking our spring trip to same house! We needed parking for our flat bed trailers and they went out of there way to accommodate that! A group of us stayed at Nick and Doreen’s place and we all felt like we’d highly recommend it. The place is really well maintained, stocked well, feels nice and cozy, and extremely spacious, great for outdoor activities. Nick met us at the property to make sure we had everything we needed, and was very friendly.

Property was great for our needs. Wonderful amount of space and well stocked. Check-in process was too long - while we appreciated the attention to detail, it was more interaction than we were prepared for when settling in and disconnecting for the weekend.

Exceptional property, perfect location and size for our adult family stay. Dining and grocery options were close by as well. There was plenty of room for all of us with the large and very comfortable bedrooms, large kitchen, dining, 2 living spaces, and large outdoor space and games. We greatly appreciated all the well thought out details and the personal touches that Nick and Doreen provided. Nick and Doreen, thank you again for everything, you really set the bar high for our VRBO expectations.

The listing does not do this property justice! But perhaps that would be impossible! For our family gathering, it was perfect! It would take up too much space to list all the wonderful amenities! In addition the hosts are very gracious and left lots of goodies, fruit, coffee…and a bottle of wine for us! Truly a gem! Don’t hesitate!

Very clean, good location for us, and they had EVERYTHING we needed or wanted for our stay, right down to the coffee in the morning, and fans for sleeping comfort. They also made sure that if we needed anything else, to let them know.

We stayed at Forest Grove for a week with our family of 7 adults. The kitchen was well stocked and even had the extras like plastic wrap and baggies. Nick gave us a warm welcome and a complete tour to allow us to quickly settle in. The house is well maintained and extremely clean. There are plenty of towels and we used the washer and dryer mid-week. The location was a perfect spot as we split our days between sightseeing in Seattle and hiking in Mt. Rainier. Highly recommend this property.

Doreen and Nick are perfects hosts of a idyllic property with everything you need for a multigenerational visit. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed our mornings chatting in the living room while doing a puzzle. You will not regret renting this house.

Nick and Doreen could not have been better hosts. Their beautiful home is large enough for two families, yet so cozy at the same time. The home was very clean, organized, and equipped with all the basic necessities plus more. All the beds were super comfortable. My kids loved running around in the rain around the huge property and visiting the ducks in the pond. Great location with easy access to Edgewood, Sumner, Puyallup, and Auburn. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Nick and Doreen, for opening up your wonderful home.

We came for our daughters wedding at Farm 12. The house and property are just as advertised, simply beautiful. Doreen and Nick were great hosts and the house was filled with all the amenities we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Doreen and Nick's house by far is the nicest VRBO we have rented. The house was beautiful decorated and had what we needed in terms of rooms and beds, but it was the attention to details and comfort that we really appreciated. You can tell that Doreen and Nick love their property and it shows. They are kind and helpful and provided extras like food items and treats that came in handy for us. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean and provided. We did not lack or need anything. The location worked for a family wedding. We were able to enjoy the large yard with family from a 16 year old to an 86 year old who stayed with us. She uses a walker and was able to move around the house with ease. Thank you for helping us turn the family wedding into such a delightful stay.

I absolutley love this property! The owners are some of the nicest people you could ever meet and the house is so cozy, clean and comfortable! We will definately be staying here again when we can.

Our family came to the area for a wedding and had a great stay at this home. It was an absolutely beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio while watching hummingbirds in the shrubs around us. Doreen and Nick were wonderful to work with, very friendly and accommodating.
