hardware facilities , like hot water always has problem….

the location was wonderful central to the city and right across the street from the mall, and restaurants were accessible to walking distance.

the room was not what was expected for a Westin level hotel room. Plus the room refrigerator was locked and we could not put drinks in the fridge. the water pressure for the shower was not that great.

very central. everything is close to the hotel. Shopping and restaurants are walkable.

The price could have been a bit more similar to the other hotels in the area

We chose this location because of its safety. However, our room was allowed to be entered by an “engineer” to fix the ac and this man stole our belongings. Our car keys everything. When we alerted management it was sadly clear there was a coverup happening. After calling the authorities, our belongings were mysteriously relocated in the room that we, management and the police checked the night before. Management was extremely rude and avasive when questioned by my husband. We are honestly traumatized by this experience.

after two nights in valet parking, my one month old car came back with scratches in the paint. also I’ve stayed here before and the beds are much less comfortable.

Calm, clean and relaxing. Exactly what this mama needed for a weekend away from my family.

Breakfast was expensive, $25 for a basic omelet and buffet is pricey.

They took away EVERYTHING that was great about this hotel and not only did they not lower their prices they increased them! In the lobby, no fruit water. In the room no robes anymore, no fluffy towels, very few towels to begin with. Our AC was broken and the room was 74 degrees the whole time. The craziest thing was not having a fridge. We were told we had to pay $20 a night. After I just spent almost $300 a night to stay here?? So disappointed. We’ve been here many times but never again. We hear they have fridges and AC at the W.

The breakfast was good but on Easter Sunday the breakfast was $55 a head! Pretty outrageous for residents Fantastic location

The price with the two taxes was £400 extra, it would be good if you could indicate on the website the likely total cost as this came as a surprise. For an expensive hotel the room was pretty basic, no robes, standard room

Location is great to various restaurants.

The bathroom sink had issues. The water came out either hot or cold even though both handles were turned on.

I loved the beds and how clean she property was. Great location we could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go! the front desk staff was amazing and so helpful.

we were surprised to walk into our room and find a mini fridge just randomly placed on the floor next to the dresser we also ended up having a phone in the room that did not work. Lastly we were told maid service would not come unless we asked for it yet on our last day while getting ready in the room to checkout maid service let themselves in whiteout knocking. I have always loved the Westin but this trip was very different from my other experiences there.
