*There are so many pros that the cons really did not bother us that much. The house is VERY clean, organized, modern looking decor and updated appliances that all worked great. *The space you get with this house is so good. You can easily fit 10 people in the house as the couches have pull out beds, the futon is a fold out bed, there are 2 rooms that have big beds as well as the front bedroom. *Closets and dressers are clean in case you need to put your clothes there. *Pillows, beach towels, bath towels and bedding were all provided. Childrens sand toys and floats, wagons to put your stuff in to walk to the beach were all provided as well no extra charge. *you don't pay for parking. There is plenty of room to park your car or suv. An RV will definitely not fit. But an extra car or suv can fit right behind your 1st one if you bring 2 vehicles. Seems like a safe area to park. I didn't worry about a break in. *Doors lock good and were easy to access when checking in and out. Very user friendly. *Free wifi was provided and the password is hanging up on the wall for connecting. *The entire kitchen area is stocked with dishes, cups, mugs, mules, utensils, cooking pots and pans, cleaning supplies, extra paper towels and toilet paper. We didn't need to go out and anything on our 2 day stay as there was plenty at the house. For food we just ordered from DoorDash. They have a good variety of restaurants and bars to choose from to eat and drink alcohol just down the street. Maybe 6 minute walk. *My main concern was the cameras that are out back. If the people below me were naked, that camera saw it. If anything goes on there, that camera saw it. Now idk about you but it was slightly creepy. The owners do tell up front in the check in email that it is there but not monitored "unless needed". No one knows if that's true or not. Sort of on the honor code with that one.

The cons for me would be: *Needs more hooks to hang things on the wall for wet towels. The bathrooms don't have towel racks but have a small over the door hanging rack but it's so far up, I could not reach it. (I'm 5 foot 1 inches btw). *the loud noise from all the construction going on almost non stop. All the houses around this one are being heavily renovated. The noise is very loud but wasn't a distraction too much since we weren't at the house during the day. But beware of the dust and dirt all over the street and the parking spots for this house are right by all the work going on. *This house is formed in a way that there are TWO units to rent. One upstairs and one downstairs. We were luckly in the top one with the blue door because when we look out of the windows we can clearly see the bottom rental and I definitely looked out one time and saw a woman completely nude bathing in the outdoor shower area. Like, I saw her ENTIRE naked body. Now, I'm not one to say anything about this except I have a husband and 2 sons that were with me on this trip and I'm glad they didn't look out of the windows (which sounds rediculous but you literally can't look out the windows without seeing the other person's business. When you stay on the top floor, you have an unobstructed 180 view of the entire downstairs floor backyard. If you have kids and there's a party going on down there, you might want to close the blinds😬. *The showers are very hard to adjust the temp and the master bathroom shower head knobs don't work to change functions. The shower curtain does not hold in the water of the shower in the master bathroom as well. *The hot tub was very nice but none of the knobs were working right, some not at all to change their functions. *all the lamps and lighting are VERY low hanging. I'm short and was still hitting my head on the front room lamps and the kitchen lighting. So odd.

This place is awesome! Great set up and location! Hot tub was a hit as well as the bbq grill. The pool would have been used as well if it wasn't so cold at the time of our stay. We stayed with a total of 9 guys for a bachelor party. Jason was totally cool about hosting us compared to other properties that did not want us to stay at their properties. I would totally recommend this location. The decor is great and the location is perfect for bar hopping, resturant hopping and shopping. Everything is walking distance. The beach is like a 2-3 minute walk away as well. It is literaly the best place to stay for a bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, or any party you plan to kick back a few and not have to worry about driving. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us to sleep either on a bed or on pull out couches. Jason was super easy to communicate with and responded quickly as well. We had a bunch of questions and he was always helpful and accommodating to our requests. It's completely worth it for its prime location and what the property itself offers! It is a great stay and the party pad of Sieata Key!

The pillows could have been a bit better. But thats really getting picky here.
