Very nice condo perfect for multi generation family. Basement bunk room great for the kids. Upper level master nice for grandparents, parents took mid level bedroom. Located with park directly behind it. We’ll definitely stay again!

Overall this home worked perfectly for our needs! The layout of the home is unusual but ended up being a great fit. The kids room (bunk bed room) is alone on the lowest level so we were able to get the children to bed at night and the adults could still visit without concern of waking them up. We had a 3 year old with us so when she was put to bed the 2 older children could play in the loft play area so they did not wake her. The 2nd bedroom was on the floor above this room so when those adults went to bed they were able to listen for the children. This level had one full bathroom as well. The next level is the entry way and living room. Above that is the kitchen, dining and laundry room along with a bathroom. The upper level is the master bedroom/bathroom (and the loft play area is just outside of it). I'm an early riser so I could get up and enjoy my coffee in the kitchen and living room with no concern of waking up people on the lower levels.
The kitchen has been updated and we were able to easily cook a few meals during our stay.
The park is very close and the children enjoyed playing there several times during our stay. The home was not too far from the activities we chose that included Lagoon, Hogle Zoo and the Aquarium. There are plenty of places to eat and grocery stores not far from the home.
The home is a little older and the floor in the master bedroom and the stairs going down to the kitchen area creaks more than I do but that happens. :-)

The house was very clean. We called about the AC not working and management was very responsive. They showed up within minutes and got it running.
The only issue was the downstairs sleeping area. Mattresses were very cheap and you could actually feel the springs. Also, we had a large group with several cars, so parking was an issue.

I love using VRBO and staying in this area close to the park. I wish the weather was a little better this year as outdoors activities were not able to be enjoyed as much as they were in 2023. However, I will be back in 2025!! Thank you for the amazing stay! See you next year!

My children and I had the best stay at Powder Moutain. The location was perfect, close to downtown Salt Lake as well as the many surrounding suburbs. Tons of options for nearby restaurants and activities. Just a short drive to two major ski resorts, such a bonus! The amenities were perfect for our family, giving each person something different. My kids loved the bunk room where they were able to hang out, feeling like they had their own space. Loved that everything was organized and labeled in the kitchen. Home was clean and made us all feel at home. Highly recommend Utah's Best. Amazing customer service, we truly felt taken care of. We plan on coming back for another stay!

This a yearly reunion with high school friends and this almost perfect. The condo was great, the communication was great and the only very small inconvenience is how creaky the house was but that is kind of expected with an older house. The parking was a challenge be we utilized the park and ride just down the street and ran a shuttle which added to experience.
I would recommend this to almost anyone unless they have a hard time with stairs as there are a lot of them. I know we would come back if the need presented itself again.

Stayed here two nights to have a brief exploration of Salt Lake City. Stairs took some getting used to as there's a lot of them and they're shallower than I am familiar with. Strong AC was very appreciated during 100+ degree weather. Nice beds and furniture.

Seemed a bit of a strange layout not apparent in the photos. Missing chairs said 8 only 6, video games showed 4 only 2, half of recliners did not function and couch was broken so no one could sleep on it, garbage was full when we arrived. Vans do not fit in driveway or garage.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a great location in a quiet neighborhood and is a short drive to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Our group of six were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The large, well equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy meals together after a good day on the slopes. The hot tub was also great and we used it every day. The table tennis was in the garage and, although we really enjoy playing, we didn't want to be out in the garage in the winter. We really enjoyed our stay and found SLC airport and the quality of skiing at Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird to be one of the best experiences in the Rocky Mountains.

This condo was ideally located for a family ski get-away. The layout fit our needs and the kitchen/eating area was attractive and functioned well. Though the living room furniture was a bit worn and the heat varied (bunk room was chilly), our family would definitely rent again.

This condo is so convenient to both LCC and BCC. We were quite comfortable with plenty of space for all of the adults to spread out. The pictures accurately portray the unit. Would stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay for a long weekend ski trip. The unit has some noticeable wear and tear, but nothing that affected our stay. Unless staying on a mountain, hard to beat the location for heading up the canyon. The place is well equipped, comfortable, and having the hot tub was great. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property. It was nice to stay in a home that was obviously very cared for with lots of attention to details. Yhe kitchen was well stocked, the laundry situation was perfect, beds were beautiful amd comfy, and the hotub was perfect.
The only heads up I'd give is that the driveway is short so if you have an oversized vehicle you need to park at an angle or as the next door neighbor told me, you will get towed for sticking out the end of the driveway. And I think the master bathroom doorknob should be replaced since it doesn't lock well and the toilet is in a super awkward spot. ;)

My hot water heater went out it was a great place for my family size - the kitchen was very stocked with supplies which was awesome! I brought some bowls and stuff and I didn’t need them! Good home away from home!

Such a great house! The remodel makes this one stand out as the best in its neighborhood. Everything we needed. Only complaint is fireplace under repairs.
