Smaller complex, great location and lovely having a hot tub

Our room had a bad pungent smell from an underfloor water tank due to not having a sufficient rubber seal. Maybe bathroom could be better designed too.

Apartment bit small for 3 people, kitchen too small, difficult to cook, not much space in the wardrope for clothes for 3 people. Sofà bed not confortble for an adult. When it is booked for 3 adults they should have 3 beds. Beach close not that nice, the good one are 15/20 minutesby car

Great view, lovely and clean room. Shutters are a bonus.

Outside needs a bit of attention the stairs are loose.

We stayed at the Afrodite apartment (3pl with jacuzzi on the terrace). What to say, the place is just ok, with some good but also bad things. It was clean and rather new, soundproof windows and mosquito nets, tv with netflix/prime. The terrace with jacuzzi is nice, although it has some issues (see below). Location is ok, just because it is close to a nice seaside promenade.

Absolutely horrible 3rd accommodation, which is a very cheap and uncomfortable stone-hard sofa bed. Same story on the terrace, where you have two sunbeds with no cushions at all (you lay on hard wood). Believe me, it is impossible to lay even 5 minutes on them. Also impossible to set the jacuzzi below 40 degrees, which is a big issue when you want to use it to refresh yourself from Crete's hot sun. The problem is that the jacuzzi is not connected to the water system, and only the staff is allowed to fill it (you're not able to change the water), so you can't get fresh water yourself. The sea view... well, you maybe get a slice of it between buildings, electric cables and pylons. All in all, given that these are the things you pay for, and they are barely usable, value for money is low. Parking situation is also extremely unpractical and this should be made more clear in the descriptions. We would not have booked this place if we had known. Staff is never there, seen only one girl at check-in. I'd only recommend this place if you paid half what they charge per night.

No lift. We were on the 2nd floor and had to climb 2.5 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases.

Great view. Location super close to sea promenade. Very comfortable and spacious room. Roof terrace with jacuzzi and sun bed lounge is just amazing. Easy check in & out.

No designated parking spot available - but easy to find a parking (also in front of the door).
