Śniadania były bardzo dobre, różnorodne i było sporo świeżych warzyw co nie jest zbyt częste. Podobały mi się udogodnienia i przystosowanie dla dzieci. Wszystko czego potrzeba podczas śniadania a także infrastruktura wokoło hotela takie jak baseny, place zabaw, miejsca do zabawy dla dzieci, sporo zieleni i bliskość do kilku sklepów i przyzwoitych restauracji.

Nie podobał mi się zapach z łazienki i czystość w pokoju. Po odbiorze pokoju wyczuwalny był ostry chemiczno/morski zapach dochodzący z łazienki. Po zgłoszeniu tego, osoba odpowiedzialna za sprzątanie przyszła i zabrała zawieszkę zapachową (dość intensywną) z łazienki ale to ukazało inny problem czyli właśnie nieprzyjemny zapach dochodzący z łazienki. Poza tym sporo było kurzu i takiego nieścieralnego brudu na podłogach. Ale największy niesmak pozostał jednak w związku z tym zapachem.

great location, great service, lots of different foods and entertainment in the hotel, service was excellent from all staff. its right next to the beach so you just had to walk down

beds were two single beds abutted to eachother rather than a king bed which was a little annoying. beach is not one that is suitable for kids as its a rocky bean quite steep and fair big waves for children but pool area was more than suitable to keep them entertained and i could choose to go in the sea when i wanted

Lots of space inside, well equipped kitchen. Kind staff. Nice swimming pools. Apartment well cleaned.

It was extremely hot weather and concrete building and floor on terrace made it impossible to rest outside since it was like 40 deegrees there. Air condition was not enough efficient for such weather. Parking place is not available, you need to look for it on nearest street which are quite far from apartament and full of cars. Additional there are plenty of cockroaches. They are mainly outside but since we had ground floor they occassionaly came inside.

Pues todo, el ambiente tranquilo y familiar, las instalaciones en general....la playa que está por atrás del hotel es una maravilla y te regala unos atardeceres preciosos.

El colchón, no pude descansar bien del todo por esa causa. Recomendaría al anfitrión que los cambiará para un estancia de 10!

Staff in the Childrens club were amazing, very confident and experienced.

Like the friendly staff the maid keep everything very clean 10 out of 10 good all round.

Husband fell whilst gripping onto the sliding doors of the wardrobe hit his arm and hip these are dangerous especially as you get out of a bed no body came from hotel to see him despite seeing TUI rep f2f afterwards felt could be a more personal touch in the complex.

Breakfast was good and apartment ideal for us, good to be able to use all the facilities of the tui hotel, located in an ideal spot to travel the island, apartments were in a quiet spot and the local restaurants were fantastic

wifi was a little hit and miss

we were put in a different part of the hotel las pitas, and they tried to fob us off with- this is a good room ect and it was but I had paid for tres vidas were I know the rooms are bigger and the balcony is bigger with lovely views because I stayed there last year. we had to stay in las pitas for first two nights as they had no available rooms! we then had the unheaval of moving.

Nice quiet part of the resort. The balcony was massive with 2 sunbeds and table and chairs. It was overlooking the sea and had sun on it for most of the day. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

A bit of an uphill hike to get to the room.
