It is very nice and clean hotel, rooms with fully equipped and quite new kitchen. Hotel restaurant provides a good breakfast and choice of snacks and meals. The best thing is a warmed up pool so you can enjoy it all year round. It's located few minutes walk from the pebble beaches, shopping center and restaurants. Free parking spaces on the street around hotel. It is just 15 mins drive to Maspalomas (bus stop and taxis next to the shopping center) and around 30 mins to Puerto Mogan and Puerto Rico.

This is a well run resort offering really good value for money. The apartment was a little run down but clean and had everything we needed. The area is lovely although quiet so depending how long you stay you might want to take buses or hire a car. Nice pool, with bar/snacks etc.

This was a budget break for friends and it fit the bill perfectly. Areas of the property are tired and the small bar/food area not particularly atmospheric. All that being said the staff were very friendly, the cleaning of the room was excellent, a maintenance issue was dealt with really quickly. The pool was very clean and had life guards in attendance who really did their job. The bus system on the lsland was great and the bus stop not far away. We had a great stay.

Nice location at 20 min from the airport and 15 min from Maspalomas. The building is not very new but has everything and it is clean, beautiful garden and big pool.
There is not much parking around the blocks when it is high season but there is the possibility to book a private parking lot.
reception is open 24/7 which is great.

No air conditioning in bedroom, fittings in room were loose. A lot of noise from race circuit at weekend as we were in block one of hotel.

Wonderful place. The only trouble was the airport transfers did not get communicated well from Expedia to hotel. So hd to catch bus. This did not cost must though. Under 3 euros.

We really enjoyed this stay, we had a 2 bedroom's apartment, it was really specious and bright, the room had a kitchenet and living room and a nice balcony. It was very convenient, everything worked fine, including the airco. The beds were really comfy, it was very quiet during the night.
There were always enough sunbeds near the pool and the pool itself is great, big, clean and quite profound.
We had breakfast included, the choice was nice, everything is tasty and fresh. Brilliant holiday, we really want to come back again :)

This time the room was large, but there were some minor things: I left a croissant in the kitchen and finally the small ants came to eat it. Another thing is that the bedroom was close to the bar fridges and I heard the noise all the time. On the other side, there was a big private terrace near the pool.

A very good hotel for one or more nights. The room had everything that was on offer. In addition, we had a room with a balcony and a view of the ocean and a small airport next to it. Breathtaking sunrise view in the morning. Delicious and nutritious breakfast. We recommend this hotel.

Checking in was easy, we received a warm welcome, the apartment was spacious but slightly dated. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets with In walking distance down the hill. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return. Thank you Louis

Very good value hotel in a nice quiet area but with a selection of restaurants and shops and sea all within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and serviced regularly and fully equipped even with TV channels in English. Lovely pool to relax by and swim in and very reasonable on site food in cafe/bar with good choice and open until10pm.

In General the Hotel is brilliant! Good service and the rooms are as shown in the pictures. The biggest let-down for me was that the swimming pool closed at 6pm when the sun is still out!
