The house was very well appointed and extremely clean. It is reasonably close to area attractions, and the neighborhood is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely book here again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit parks and the area, but be away from the craziness of WDW. The game room was a nice touch that the kids really liked.

Super easy from check-in to check-out. The house has everything you and your kids need. A pool, game room, large kitchen table, TVs galore (although we didn’t have time to watch TV :-)). The house is clean and well decorated. I would absolutely rent

We really enjoyed our stay! My entire family is still ranting about it and how much they enjoyed it. We are all ready to go back. This house was perfect and clean. We loved that it was right by all the stores and food places.

Overall, a very nice stay. PROS: * Very very clean * Spacious home, big dining room * TVs in every room, in the game room, living room, and on the patio. * Plenty of bath towels (they were kept downstairs) Beach towels provided. * Neighborhood was great with a big pool, water, play area, game room, and café * Home was about five minutes from Walmart and Starbucks and a small shopping center. Not very far from SeaWorld depending on the traffic. 30 min one day, 1.5hours another day…. CONS * Limited entrances in and out of community. Waited about 45 minutes to get in one day. * Air conditioning is preset to I 74 or 75 and is much colder on one side of the house than the other. Also, there is a lock and you cannot make the house colder than 70° (and it took hours to get that cold, not sure front rooms went under 73) * The game was clean, but smelled of sneakers 🙄 * Downstairs bedroom was the only bathroom with a mat * Very limited cleaning supplies. The smallest bottle of dish soap ever. One Broom, dustpan, a vacuum. A trial size packet of laundry detergent. Hand soap was little bar soaps. * Trash was annoying. Small receptacle in the front of the house barely fit two bags. You could not leave any food in the house, not even sealed, and had to take two trash compactor. * Pool light and dryer had some issues that were not fixed during this day. Manager responded, but not quickly. * No grill, no toaster oven, limited silverware & utensils, needs better baby gates for stairs

The house did not disappoint. Was exactly as advertised. Close proximity to everything. Clean property. Very nice decorative home. Table was fantastic for big family meals. Will stay there again. Excellent property.

We recently rented this spacious home for our family vacation, and it exceeded our expectations! With 10 people in our group, including two adult children and their spouses, two teenagers, and a grandchild, we needed plenty of space. This property delivered! Here’s what we loved: Amenities: The playpen and high chair were a lifesaver for our little one. The three king-size beds ensured everyone slept comfortably, and the four full bathrooms were an absolute necessity. Entertainment: The game room kept everyone entertained, especially during downtime. It was a hit with both kids and adults! Outdoor Fun: The pool and hot tub were fantastic, even for night swimming. Florida evenings never felt better. The community pool & slash park we’re a greater hit for our one year old granddaughter too. :0) The amusement parks were a short drive (30 minutes to universal studios, and Disney) We also arranged a photographer to take family photos and meet at a nearby park called Celebration Lakeside Park. I would highly recommend doing this during your next trip. The park and little town are a must see. It’s a short 15 minute drive. Overall, our family had an unforgettable time here. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation! 🌴🏡🌟

This house matched the description to a T, it looks just as good in person. We went with 3 couples and 5 kids in total, and the layout worked out great. It was very clean and the management company was great to work with. Some things to consider: the house is in a busy community that offers rentals and at 4pm the gate is VERY busy, we had to wait around 15 minutes at the gate to get the parking pass. If you have more than 2 cars, the overflow parking is very far away, NOT walking distance, keep that in mind. We wished the beds were a little more comfortable, but the fans in each room were a blessing in the FL heat.
