Appartamento ristrutturato da poco, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort necessari per cucinare, lavare e stare comodi. Situato in zona silenziosa. Il top: parcheggio riservato in atrio condominiale privato. Vicinato gentile e riservato. Ottimo per le famiglie con bambini tanto per comitive di amici. Oste gentile e disponibilissimo.

Apartment is in perfect condition, spacious, super clean and has everything you need including private parking. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo and the beautiful beaches in the area. If you have a car, it takes only 30-40 minutes to reach Cefalu. Large shopping center Forum, several supermarkets, bus and tram stop to Palermo city center are close to the apartment. Fabio is a great host, he welcomed us with a delicious cake, a bottle of wine, cold water and milk and he was always available for all our questions.

Some Electrical and gas appliances not fully functional. Front security door not able to fully open.

it was a big place with everything what you need. very helpful staff

Fabio was the perfect host. The apartment was clean and had everything to have an ideal experience there, including coffee and confectionery. We had a problem with the shower one morning, and Fabio solved it in a couple of hours. We'll come back if we can!

very satisfied with our stay. the place is spacious and the over all feel to it was amazing. even tho we didn’t speak English the check in process was easy and simple. oh and there was private parking which was great.

location is a little far from Palermo’s main attractions if that’s something you’re interested in but for us this house was worth the drive places.

no air conditioning but there are fans in every room. still air conditioning would have made the heat more bearable.
