The photos of this property does not do it justice We had a great 4 nights at this lovely cottage with its great setting on the lakeside. Everything ‘high quality’ and good attention to detail. When we come back to Canada we would hope to come back to this property during our stay. Short drives to Gravenhurst and Bracebridge and both towns worth a visit

Beautiful large kitchen and living room with lake views. Canoe, kayak, and paddle board gave us lots to do. The lake was quiet and the sunsets stunning. The cottage was clean and looked newly renovated. We will rent this place again.

We needed a little break and time to recoup and this place was IT for us! We will be back for sure!!

We had a great time at this beautiful, quiet property. The lake is gorgeous and peaceful. We went swimming and used the paddle board, kayak and canoe. We loved using the fire pit and staying up after dark for stargazing. The house is has everything you need, very nicely decorated and has several comfortable spots to relax, all with great views. We are looking forward to returning. Thanks for a great vacation.

was a nice place freshly renovated so I assumed it had air conditioning for the cost of the rental. my fault for looking closely enough but on those 90 degree days we couldn't have our baby or us sleep on the second floor it was just too hot. other than that it was nice

Our stay was amazing. It was a perfect location and a beautiful, well equipped home. We will definitely come back. Rob was excellent at communicating and answering questions.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to make full use of the place. We loved the main family floor and the side cabin room for relaxing. Plus the access down to the dock for a refreshing swim

The cottage was really nice and clean. Offered everything you needed to be comfortable. Amazing views of the lake and will definitely stay again. This time hopefully in the summer!

The property is exactly as listed. The bedrooms were perfect and had plenty of shelving and closet space. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. I would suggest more boot mats at the front door as we didn't want to drip on the hardwood floors. The wifi was good and the location was perfect for us. We really appreciated the close proximity to Gravenhurst (10 min. drive) but the quiet road that the cottage is located on. We took advantage of the easy walk around the lake many times. We would definitely recommend this cottage and consider visiting again. Thanks!

Our stay at the cottage was peaceful and it had everything that we needed. The property was spotlessly clean and new. Rob, our host, was quick to answer questions, and paid attention to every detail to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay here, in particular the privacy of having the dock and access to the lake. We made use of the paddle boards and kayak, which was such a nice addition to have. The only thing we would recommend to improve is having a few more of the core kitchen stuff available (oil/seasonings etc). But would 100% recommend this home, it's perfect for family holidays.

One of the best swimming lakes we’ve come across for sure. Quiet, clean water, nice views. Cottage is quite new and clean as well which makes for a comfortable stay. Owner was very prompt and helpful if we had questions. Would go back!

I stayed at this waterfront cottage back in May and everything was perfect. Robert was so easy to communicate with and helped us feel reassured about our stay during COVID. The cottage had all the amenities and perks to make us feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, new cottage located just far enough from the town of Gravenhurst. Modern amenities. Nice three season add on and large deck. Small, quiet lake with good swimming and perfect for the canoe, kayak, paddleboard. Owner was easy to contact.

We are so happy we had a chance to stay at this property. We were 2 families of 4 - 2 kids aged 10 and 2 kids aged 12. They had such an amazing time using the kayak and paddle board. The rock is a little step and takes some time to learn the best route, but once you are down by the water it is so peaceful. Very quiet lake. The house was very clean and well appointed - super comfortable. Our favourite spot was definitely the cedar sunroom. Rob was so incredibly responsive - usually within a few minutes. Would highly recommend this property.

This cottage is very beautiful, newly renovated and much bigger than I expected from the photos. It has a fully stocked kitchen (and I mean FULLY stocked; pots, pans, whisks, mugs, wine glasses, baking utensils, lighters etc.) which made cooking very enjoyable. There is a Food Basics (as well as a Tim Hortons, Caesar’s, McDonalds) in town about a 20 minute drive away. Although it is warm enough indoors, make sure to buy some fire wood for the indoor fire place for those extra cozy vibes in the winter. They have board games available, Netflix, Disney+ and surround sound. Internet is good enough for your regular day use - and that’s coming from a group of millennials! There is more than enough beds, blankets and pillows around the house for all guests. The view of the lake is breathtaking and very serene especially in the mornings. Robert is incredibly nice and quick to respond to any questions you may have. 10/10, would definitely stay here here especially in the summer!!!

I feel in love with the property just with the pictures and it was even better in person. The cottage had everything we needed and it was the perfect spot to make a quick escape from the city. The house was spotless and welcoming. It’s definitely a new build or newly renovated. Our host rib was quick to answer any questions we had! As for the property, it has a beautiful back deck overlooking the water with a fire pit. There are canoes and paddle boards to use so you can get out on the lake. Would definitely love to go back again!
