Prettty Location. Nice lake. Staff was friendly.

The restaurant food wasn't up to par. The soup was inedible and the salad was very sparse and very over priced.for what it was The waiter was very.nice and the restaurant had a good view of the lake..The take out was better.

The food was awful. The renovations were cheaply done and falling apart.The resort was next to train tracks my goodness how stupid is that. Freight trains rumbled throughout the night. I should’ve been paid to stay there not the reverse.

The location and food was great!

The room was not cleaned when we checked in. I found hair on the chair and floor in my suite and give that I was paying $250+ per night I would have expected cleaner rooms.

This was the perfect getaway! The room was clean with a great view! food was good enough. Excellent choice for our 3-year-old. He never got bored - we had fun too! The indoor pool and indoor play area was a great alternative to the rather chilly weather outside. Will definitely be back at a warmer time for the outdoor pool and the lake.

The dining area was very outdated, with super old chairs, and black table cloths made the place looked even more grim, with the spectacular view that they had, I wish the interiors would be more inviting. The coffee machine in the room was around 20 years old, they need to update the machines to Nespresso. It would have been nice if we could start our morning with a fresh cup of espresso. The a/c fan was extremely loud even though it was off, so much that we had to unplug it before going to sleep. These were definitely not deal breakers for us though, as it is not supposed to be a luxury hotel anyways.

They have many activities for kids, pool, beach & playground are short distance from each other. The fact that the rooms have been recently renovated make the stay confortable.

The bed! it was very noisy! They need to adjust them.

I liked everything, activates for kids, adults, swimming pool, indoor playground, food, views, the best customer service ever. very nice staff and very friendly. we really enjoyed the staying and will definitely come back again.
