Breakfast was fantastic. Beds are super comfortable and pillows are amazing.

Got charged for one night prior to checkin when staying 3 and got charged for basically 4 at checkin with a promise to refund the first charge.

Nice room, large, comfy bed & pillows, clean, soft sheets.

Located on a busy noisy road, no magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom, breakfast wasn’t as good as I expected for the price paid for our stay

The location, staff, appearance, bedding, breakfast, and level of cleanliness were all very good.

The mattresses, however, which are the priority, are lacking. Both queen mattresses were uncomfortably hard, causing pressure points, and unrestful sleep. I know it’s difficult to suit everyone, but these are not good mattresses, and we all pay good money for one purpose, and that is to get a good nights rest.

Finally, a hotel where the beds were comfortable! Large bathrooms, clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

It is still relatively new and has maintained that sense of newness.

It’s a smoke free hotel. However, that means the smokers go outside to smoke. We were in a room right above the main entrance and cigarette smoke would seep in from below. Very unpleasant. With that aside, it’s a good hotel. Just avoid room that room!
