We were perfectly located for access to the downtown activities we were interested in. It was incredibly comfortable and convenient with a very well designed bathroom and living space.

This is a beautiful property in a great location. It was cozy, comfortable and clean.

We stayed for two nights over July 4th. The suite is very nice with everything you need for a short stay. The extra touches - shampoo, conditioner and body wash, face wipes, coffee pot, creamer & pods, cups… so nice. Location is perfect for walking anywhere downtown and the restaurants, brewpubs and coffee shops nearby were all very good. Easy check in and love parking.

This spot was the best Airbnb/VRBO we ever stayed at. Very clean, fresh smell, and the best bed and pillows we’ve ever slept on! We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Definitely recommend and definitely would book again the next time we are in Helena. Such a cute place and loved that it’s within walking distance to restaurants.

We come to Helena almost every month to visit our grandson. Your place was the perfect spot to return to after playing with a 3 year old all day

Excellent location within walking distance of good eateries, historic Last Chance Gulch, Great Northern district and Centennial Park. Very clean and plenty of linens. Wonderful walk in shower. For someone in her 80’s the distance from parking area to lodging entrance and 5 steps up to entrance, without handrail, was a challenge when carrying in luggage or heavy bags. Also, the lack of any table with chair for computer work or eating breakfast was a problem. Even a small coffee table would help. A smaller casual chair replacing the huge chair now there, would make room for a small table. Printed instructions for fireplace remote and TV would be beneficial. The VRBO is in a prime location!!!

We had the best stay ever. The suite was clean and in a great location. Super cozy and comfy. The host and her crew were so helpful when we were the worst and lost our keys! Great host, great stay, 100% recommend.

I am originally from Helena so it was fun to meet up with classmates and visit old "haunts".

Would stay again. Comfortable space, well proportioned and well appointed! Summer, so did not utilize fireplace but would be good in winter; nice seating area in front of the fireplace. Ceiling fan and A/C on when arrived which was appreciated as it was a warm day and felt good to come into a cooler space! Liked the separate walkway from parking space to the unit; very easy to carry bags, etc. into the unit (there are a few steps up to door).

This place was so clean, all the amenities and so close to everything! Will definitely be recommend this place, especially our friends that have children enrolled at Carroll college

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. We like to stay places that are walkable to downtown and this was perfect for that. The room had everything we needed. Bed was more firm than we like (personal preference, of course) but not on the extreme end and we were able to sleep fine. My only feedback would be that the air fresheners were way too strong and chemical-smelling, so we put them away for our stay.

Great location for all the things we wanted to see and do in Helena. The room is beautifully furnished and exceptionally well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would like stay there again if we return to Helena.

The Unit is perfect for a couple (or single). It was nicely laid out for a studio with great finishes and very clean! The location is walkable to restaurants and the college. Overall, it was great and we would stay again the next time we travel to Helena!

The owner advertised this property via VRBO and had no clue that it's listed on Expedia, so our visit was total surprise for him. We never got any instructions how to get inside, where to park, what entrance to use. When we arrived I tried to call him, the lady who answered said that she no longer work for the owner and texted me his number. Long story short, he explained to me how to get inside the correct unit (there are 3 units on the property). After that our 3 nights stay was a breeze, it's clean, in good condition, has gas fireplace, huge windows to let the sun inside, huge shower for 2, big TV. We had excellent time there, but they need to work on communication part.

It's a nice property, this is our second stay. Because there were NO decaf coffee pods for the fancy Keurig on our last visit, I brought my own K-Cups. When I tried to use them, it said they wouldn't fit that model--WHAT? Found 1 pod that was decaf, used it and the next day had to put my coffee into that to make it work. What a mess! Kleenex would be pretty handy too or a fridge with ice. For a nice unit, a little attention to detail would be nice.

Communication with property manager was excellent, always prompt and considerate. This unit was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Supplies were plentiful, towels soft, comfortable furnishings. Located almost directly across from Carroll College, so it was very convenient for us to attend graduation. It was perfect for our short stay. Would definitely stay here again if we didn’t plan on trying to cook our own meals. The little fridge and coffee maker were all we needed for this visit o Helena. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this wonderful residence.

We rented the house and the attached one bedroom. The house accommodated four assault couples, plus my husband and I in the attached suite. Both units were very nice. The furniture to the silverware. I would definitely book this place again if the need arrives in Helena.

Cute little cozy, clean space with lots of light, comfy bed and furniture and a nice gas fireplace for heat and ambience. Lots to do within walking distance and dedicated off street parking were added bonuses. There has been a new fence added (since the photos) so the patio is now being used by the neighboring unit and there's no dedicated outside space. Didn't matter this time because we had a late season snow storm! I'll definitely consider this property again.
