The house was amazing, large and spacious, beautiful views and comfortable beds. The lake had a great back patio where we spent a lot of time enjoying the views of the lake. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, in the woods yet close enough to grab a Starbucks in the morning, shop in Hot Springs, visit the gardens and enjoy the casino. The only critique is furniture had noticeable stains and should be replaced (couch, breakfast table chairs and master bedroom accent chair.

Our stay on Lake Hamilton was a wonderful way to spend the Easter weekend. Our house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch to view the beautiful sunsets.

This is a perfect location close to all things Hot Springs. The house is roomy with plenty of space yet cozy for great conversations. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, warm, inviting and the perfect place to catch up with 2 friends. We have already decided that we will have to go again. We loved the back deck!

The house was as pretty as pictured and roomy. The location on lake was in the middle so we could reach everything by water easily as well as land. Took just a few minutes to get to all the fun activities. Def planning another trip at this spot!!!

Good location, good beds, nice porch, enjoyed kayaks, good AC and nice big kitchen. Left voice mail for property manager regarding keypad for garage door but never heard back. Limited kitchen utensils, porch furniture either uncomfortable or broke, kitchen not clean and furniture in LR was different than what was shown on VRBO website.

Everything was great the house is clean, it was a short drive to get to downtown Hot Springs. We would stay here again.

We loved everything about it. If the guest are elderly the stairs would definitely be a problem. The futon on the second floor is only suitable for a child. The house is very comfortable with a great view. We enjoyed it. TJ

We had a wonderful weekend!! The property was very clean and sitting on the deck watching the sunsets and sunrises was breathtaking. Perfect place for a family getaway but with 3 couples another bathroom would have been preferable.

Great lake house with amazing sunset view. Located on a quiet cove but easily accessible to the rest of the lake. Very nice back deck to watch the lake from.

The house was beautiful and the location was excellent. We were central to all the activities we had planned and the owners were very kind and hospitable. The home was perfectly secluded for our family to relax, fish, kayak and have quality time together. The home also had all the amenities you’d find in your own home needed to make your trip easy and enjoyable ex.towels, pots, dishes, cleaning supplies.

Well we must have picked the wrong time to take a trip. When we arrived it was the day after the 4th and we did reserve only the week before. All bedding and towels were dirty, there was a mountain of trash in the garage and the trash can provided was full. I called the number provided for property contacts and no response, left txt messages, emails with pictures and no response, I also realized we had very little service in this area for communication. So I started washing everything and cleaning the house. We arrived around 4 it was almost 8 when we heard someone coming into the house, it was the house keepers they were very nice just caught us off guard. She explained that they were not notified that there was new renters. They put the rest of the house together and left as soon as they could. They were not responsible for the trash so we understood and left it in the garage. She stated she would let the owner know it was in there. The owner I had noticed called about the time the housekeeping was arriving, I had missed the call. I spoke briefly with the owner he apologized and stated that the communication between companies had failed, and with the holiday it was just bad communication. They hoped we enjoy the rest of our stay and they would in return make it up to us, nice and polite. I was put out but made the best of the situation. The next morning a man showed up and rolled the trash can to the corner, but all the trash was left in the garage. We were headed out to enjoy the day, but the keycode didn't work on the door anymore, tried to call owner went to voice-mail. We left a door open to get back in but locked the keycode and left to enjoy our day. When we returned the trash can was still up on the hill and the smell was ripe in the garage, got the trash can and gathered up the trash from the last renters and all good, now to figure out why the door code has not worked since the housekeeping used it, lock then code wound not work, but it did the first time? Again just made the best of the situation. The next day I was making coffee and heard the keycodes beeping? Everyone was still asleep? I heard the door open, and nothing else, I said hello and no answer, so I went to look who was in the house or what was going on. The door was standing open and the only person was a lady getting in a vehicle and pulling away into the home across from us. I observed what she was doing, and realized she was probably a housekeeper. Keycode worked again

This place is truly a gem! Great location convenient to shopping and attractions. House is GREAT - loved the floor plan, well equipped, and only steps from the water! Extremely quiet and peaceful in spite of proximity to other homes. Enjoyed daily visits from a little songbird as well as ducks and turtles. Loved my morning coffee on the porch each morning a well as watching the sunset each evening. Only regret is that we didn't book the rental for longer!

Wonderful home, beautifully decorated with lots of space and right on the water with a great view. Everything needed (linens, towels, utensils etc) was available, whether staying a night or a week. Would highly recommend!

We rented the house Thursday-Monday and it was awesome! The house was clean and the location was perfect!

Beautiful home. Great spot for multiple guests. Wonderful common area for everyone to hang out as well as the outdoor porch! We utilized the outdoor grill and had a wonderful time! Highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 3 children. The main floor was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. After being in hotels for a couple of nights my kids loved being able to run outside whenever to look in the lake and watch the ducks. The beds were comfy and the master bedroom was also quite spacious. The location was nice and quiet (we were there in early spring) and not too far from the town and attractions. If we are ever back in Hot Springs we would stay here again!

This was a perfect place for a weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. Only a couple complaints, there was an old couch left in the garage and the parking is a little tight if you have a SUV. Listing mentions 2 car garage and 2 car drive way, but only if you have small or compact cars. We had to park sideways in the drive way since our SUV wouldn't fit in the garage or drive way. There is a concrete slab on the side of the house for parking also. Inside the house we had plenty of room and everything was clean. It has a huge back porch. We wanted to use the BBQ grill but we ran out of time. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we would have had time to stay longer. Had a great time.

Clean, roomy, and great location!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The house was beautiful! Extremely clean. We were welcomed with complementary chips and salsa which was perfect after a long road trip! Such a great location & view! I will book this property again!
