We really enjoyed our stay at Weeke Brook and found everything we needed in the house. The garden surrounding area are lovely. Definitely recommend.

We loved the house and garden and general location. The house is very well equipped and the property was just the right size to enable everyone some space when needed. We all loved it.

Stunning quintessential cottage
Our stay here was lovely, the cottage had everything you could need for your stay even down to an outside hot and cold dog shower and tub foil and cling film. The property was the perfect size for us and our little dog and set in idilic surroundings. The only downside was the surrounding roads, my car only just fitted down the roads and had a bit of a battering from the hedges so be aware and take caution. The housekeeper was also lovely greeting us on arrival and giving us some history on the cottage and family who own it (this was her family home for many years) and helpful tips during our stay. Absolutely beautiful and would highly recommend 💜

Short break at Weeke Brook Cottage
We had a wonderful few days at Weeke Brooke cottage. It really is a beautiful property, furnished to a high standard and with all the amenities required to make our stay extremely comfortable. The beds are really comfortable and the linen and towels of excellent quality. The children spent hours playing in the garden and we all enjoyed the quiet, away from it all location. The views are superb. The property is well located for Chagford, a picturesque local town, with independent, interesting shops and great food options. We particularly enjoyed eating at The Chagford Inn. I really couldn't fault anything at all and hope to return in the near future.

The loveliest place in Devon
This home was an absolutely wonderful escape for my family. While in a remote setting surrounded by sheep and cows, the home is only 1 mile away from town with art shops, cafés, bakeries, And pubs. It is located in lovely Dartmoor National Park, and a number of beautiful walks or a stone’s throw away.
The home itself couldn’t be more perfect, impeccably clean, and stocked with beautiful antiques alongside funky, modern pieces. There are loads of interesting books on art and cooking. A game room provides activity for kids and adults… Ping-pong, and a large TV for movies.
The accommodations are new and comfortable: new mattresses, comfy sheets. The kitchen is shockingly well-stocked for a holiday rental.… We cooked nearly every meal at home with every utensil and pan we could possibly need available to us. The bath is luxurious, but a little small for showering… But this is the only fault I could find with the entire place. As it was, We had such a lovely time at the house, that most of our vacation was just spent relaxing in the house and the yard and the game room. A very, very much appreciated getaway, and if we can find the time, we will definitely be back.
