I loved the location and the views. Very beautiful and very spacious room with spacious bathroom and terrace. We had our own hot tube and kingsize sun bed in the terrace, room equipped with a tv, coach, two extra seats, a coffee machine with variety of coffee capsules and a mini fridge with complimentary bottles of water - how thoughtful! We also had extra towels for the terrace. The staff I came across was very friendly, professional and welcoming. 100% recommendations

Breakfast was great, the lady that served in the morning was lovely.

The shower was a bit rusty. Also, our room was located on the 2nd floor at the end, where the clenaning staff had a deposit where they did go in and out several times and made sleeping dificult in the morning due to verry thin walls.

We didn't have breakfast.

The matrace on the bed is too soft, should be more rigid . The bed is not covered with one big matrace but two smaller that are joined together, so you have the King Size bed with a small ditch between :) .

The breakfast was great as was the lovely waiter .

The balcony was lovely, having our own spa bath was amazing and the hot and cold taps let you decide what temp you want it, didn’t use the pool on the roof as we had this, room smelt beautiful when we entered, everywhere was very clean, and the cleaner will come daily if you want them to clean everyday, also all the staff very friendly, said hello as we walked past etc. Ideal location as not on the main strip so not got the constant foot traffic going past but still close to all restaurants and beach. Parking is on street (no car park for the hotel) and it can be a little busy between first thing in the morning and around 5pm after that we managed to get a space right outside so we just moved the car later on. The roof top bar is stunning as are the views from there, only went up at night as we went out in the day but it’s lovely to go back to after going out for a meal! We will deffo be back!

The spa needs better cleaning, when we turned the jets on all black muck came out of them. Also maybe a sheet of some sort on the bed outside, I’ve quite badly burnt my leg on it as the leather type material it’s made of gets so hot it burnt me when I sat on it after getting out of the spa, it gets ridiculously hot so be very careful or you will end up at a chemist on your first day like I did. The little window directly into the shower is abit uncomfortable, I think it needs some privacy glass putting in especially as you can see through into the toilet too, if you were there with a friend or relative etc it may become very awkward. The area it’s self is quite small this was the first out of 2 areas we stayed in while in Mallorca and I think we would of run out of restaurants to eat at and things to do quickly if we had been there longer than 2 nights. The rooms despite saying sound proofed can be a little noisy especially from above, we were woken up each morning by what sounded like elephants upstairs and at night they kept moving furniture (presumably rearranging beds) it isn’t really a hotel for children though so we weren’t in bed early or anything was just abit annoying at 2am
