Not a big (100 sq m), but very cozy apartment will open its doors for hospitable and comfortable accommodation for a company of 5 people.
If it’s necessary, we can give the extra beds for two guests of our apartment.
The incomparable advantage of this beautiful apartment is an inner private patio with a barbecue zona there. The apartment has three bedrooms and it’s equipped with all necessary for a carefree holiday guests. There are lots of kitchenware, kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave, coffee machine), washing machine, bath towels and towels for beach rest. For the youngest guests of our apartment we will be glad to offer a baby bed and a high chair. On the ground floor of our urbanization there are grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, a beauty salon and a gym. Immediately in front of the complex there is a comfortable Parking for private vehicles and stop for the bus which following the city routes. Next to the urbanization on Jardin del Duque street there is a large Park area with paths for walks, benches for rest and one more children's Playground. A promenade with a huge number of bars, restaurants and souvenir shops, but also beaches that equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas are a 15-minute leisurely walking. Immediately next to the Fañabe beach, the port "Puerto colon" which is the start point yacht excursions along the coast. A large commercial center Grand sur, and grocery supermarkets: Mercadona and Hyperdino, all of them are at a distance of 400 meters from our complex's.The largest water amusement Park "Siam Park " is a 4-minute drive (1.9 km) from our apartments and offers guests a huge number of water slides and lots of entertainment. The famous walking area "Golden Mile" is a 7-minute drive away sparkling lights of the restaurants and the expensive shops. The atmosphere of this walking area is fully imbued with the spirit of celebration and fun. In the evening, the restaurants in addition to dinner offer visitors free shows. Among other things, in this walking area are convenient for children's playgrounds with stunning play complexes, musical colored fountains and the promenade, where resting on the bench you can admire the surfers flying on the crests of the waves.
