j'aime tout dans cet hotel, je m'y sens à l'aise et tranquille même quand il y a du monde, j'y viens deux fois par an.

Obsługa , sprzątanie - włosy na pościeli , na ręcznikach i podłodze po sprzątaniu ( Nie moje ) opłaty za sejf w pokoju , za wodę do kolacji …. Nie miła obsługa . Pokój otrzymałem o 3 pm . Idąc na kolację obsługa poinformowała mnie że muszę zapłacić za opłaconą wcześniej kolację . Powiedzieli że ktoś z mojego pokoju skorzystał z obiadu . Zapytałem jak to możliwe skoro dziś przyjechałem po obiedzie na check in . Manager na jadalni powiedział mi że to nie jego problem . Sprawę wyjaśniłem w recepcji . Jedzenie średnie za tą cenę pokoju

Rooms are a little outdated, didn’t like that you need to bring paper card everywhere- to breakfast, pool bar, etc.

lovely hotel, great location, lovely gardens. room was spacious, clean & comfortable. great to have a balcony over-looking the sea. very good breakfast & room service meal was very good. I needed to see a Dr & this was organised for me quickly.

The location of the hotel is outstanding. The room is nice and spacious. Great mattress and pillows large bed. Nice size room and spacious bath. Hotel is well maintained.

Impossible to use the pools: super cold water. The indoor pool had kids jumping in the water and splashing every single day. Nobody said to anyone to stop. Going to the indoor pool was like going an amusement park. The opposite of relax. The jacuzzi only for 4 people was tiny and the water jet was not strong and not too warm. In addition, it was full all the time with people staying too long. We had half board: food was the worst we have ever had at any hotel. Having breakfast ending at 10:30 rather than 11am made us miss breakfast several times. The staff wasn’t very friendly. Never made an effort to make us feel welcomed customers.

Lobby area impressive, entertainment great, room size great, shower great, pool area fantastic.

Facilities in room lacking, no tea/coffee making facilities, housekeeping entered room without knocking, waitstaff would benefit from customer service training, lack awareness, not clued in to customer needs, disinterested and in some instances downright rude. Some food offerings in buffet poor, cheap cuts of meat, mussels served unopened, tiny prawns, watered down milk served with coffee at table, stale pastries, food in buffet slow to be replaced or not replaced at all even early in service. Service at pool bar hit and miss. Served pizza with cheese unmelted and told that was how it was served normally! Expected more from a 4 star hotel. Won't be returning.

I booked hotel for my daughter and husband to visit us, they were turned away from restaurant one evening for forgetting a piece of paper to show half board. Terrible customer service.

We had a nice stay, very friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable beds and choice of pillows but unfortunately it stopped there for us. Great location with good nearby restaurants and bars.

We paid €1033 for just 3 nights for the two of us, breakfast included. We had water glasses in the room but no complimentary water and had to pay for that downstairs. Too expensive, so ended up having to go to a supermarket. If you Google a 4 star classification list, you are entitled to x2 bottles of water per person per day on a complimentary basis. The shower was incredibly sensitive, so much so that it would go from cold to burning even when you haven't adjusted it. The decor upstairs, especially in the corridor and bathrooms is dated and tired. There were cockroaches in the corridor outside and the door next to ours had chocolate (or peanut butter?) smeared all over the door- see photos. It's a '3 star hotel' that needs some improving. Unfortunately the best thing about the hotel is the location and what the nearby restaurants and beaches have to offer. Unfortunately we wouldn't go again.

the reception area and pool areas are really nice - staff not all great, some lovely some rude. some areas like stair well near kids club are filthy the door are really dirty over that way. the rooms are nice no water in room food is ok but fantastic like I have read on previous posts. couldn’t get a table at specialty restaurant for entire stay. some nights couldn’t get a taxi to Adeje Centre as it was very busy, this is not the hotels fault however the hotel should really consider doing a shuttle bus to Adeje like they do to las Americas. the pools were too cold to swim in didn’t see anyone in the pools in the days we were there not even in the kids pool.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and kept to a high standard. The food was very varied and in particular the New Year's Eve gala meal was incredible. The entertainment was very enjoyable.

The children's outdoor pool area was so cold that they children, aged 4 and 2 wouldn't go in the pool which was a shame. To have the child's play/ slide pool heated, would have been preferable. The whole week we stayed, hardly anyone went in the pool due to it being far too cold. There is no shuttle service to the airport and although we had booked a taxi 24 hours in advance to take us back to the airport we had to wait over an hour and a half with two young children, all the while not knowing if we were going to make our flight in time. Although not your staff's job, some sort of assistance would have been great, like a concierge to manage the taxis during busy times in order of people's flights or room numbers. It appeared that people were jumping in everyone else's taxis which was causing great stress. There was only one taxi number and no other option of getting to the airport. The staff were not very sympathetic, just shrugged their shoulders.

They charge to use the safe, plus have a ridiculous towel card system. Also didn't have any of the outdoor pools heated.

The staff is nice and helpful, specially at the restaurants. In the main restaurant, there was a great selection of food and drinks. The hotel facilities were clean and they cleaned everyday the room also providing us with new towels.

The drinks were not included in the dinner with half pension.
