Spent a great weekend on Lake Erie. Location was great, accommodations were great. Walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend.

Fully enjoyed this unit during recent trip to Sandusky. The check in process was seamless, the unit was clean modern and well equipped. The location is AMAZING for access to all the restaurants and bars in Sandusky, the ferries to Kelly’s and Put In Bay. Overall wonderful.

The condo is really clean and has a great location. There are many good restaurants in walking distance. We stayed here at Chesapeake Lofts for a baseball tournament along with other team members in different units. Our teenage boys enjoyed the pool and fishing nearby. The property over looks the water and has gorgeous views. The condo is about 10 minutes from the Cedar Point Sports Center and Cedar Point Amusement Park. We highly recommend this property. The owners are great. They have wonderful, detailed instructions for the stay and offered many great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Choose to stay here…you will be happy.

We stayed here for a week ant Cedar Point and it was amazing. Clean, quiet, easy parking, great location, gorgeous view! The kitchen had everything we needed. The attention to detail was so nice. There were little surprises like good coffee and little sunscreens in the bathroom. Nice big dresser and closet. The location is perfect. Walk out the door and take your pick of shops, restaurants, even breweries! I would absolutely stay again. We will recommend to friends as well. Thank you!

We loved our stay here! The property was exactly as described. It was comfortable and immaculate. The hosts clearly communicated everything we needed to know. The location is within walking distance of many food options and nightlife. We are so glad we found it!

Our visit was a little pre-season so the weather held us back a bit but, in the summer this would be the place to stay! A short walk to restaurants, bars and Lake Erie make it perfect. It looks like this part of town would be full of people and things to do in the summer. The building is a great renovation of an old factory. I would call it upscale industrial through out the building and unit. Judging the permanent and visiting tenants by the vehicles in the secure gated parking lot, I would say they are also upper scale. The pool wasnt open on our early visit but, once it is open it is just outside the door. Couldnt be more convenient than that. If you wanted aplce to just crash, like we did, or a place to hang out and enjoy Sandusky this is a great place to stay.

We were in town for an event at Kalahari resort. We found this location to be ideal for good food good drinks and a great view The sun sets from this complex are phenomenal. We arrived and found the property exactly as described very clean the small things like bottles of water in the fridge and coffee ready to be made in the morning or a nice touch this is a wonderful property I'm sure everyone would enjoy their stay Great hosts they gave us very helpful dining suggestions and things to do in the region if you get a chance and are in the area definitely check this place out

My husband and I stayed for the weekend in mid April. The condo is spacious, very comfortable and has everything you need. The sofa is super cozy and the bed linens are like butter! It's in a great location that is walkable to tons of restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops. Communication from the owner was great! We never had a question because they were so thorough in covering all the bases prior to arrival. Parking is easy, check-in and out is simple. We'd definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. When we arrived, the condo was very clean. The condo is in a well secure building and private. Great location for walking along the lake front or the local restaurant's & bars in the area. David & Christine excellent to communicate with, very informative with all aspects of our stay. First, i want to give praise to David and Christine! They made the stay flawless from beginning to end. We were given great information about restaurants, entertainment, and tourist attractions. The communication between us was always pleasant, informative and professional. Second, the place was simply spectacular! Extremely clean and a very high end feel to the place. The pictures do not do this place justice! We were able to work out right at the location. all the equipment is very organized and well maintained. Third, this location is the most convenient ever! We were walking distance from the downtown area. We were able to walk and enjoy the many restaurants, mani/pedi + massage at Kharma, and A LOT of bars and wineries. We hung out at Put in Island for a relaxing day on the island. I would definitely recommend this location if you are considering…you can’t go wrong!

This is the third year that my wife and I have come to Chesapeake Lofts and the second year in a row staying in this condo hosted my David and Christine. The place was very clean and welcoming. We love how the entrance to the condo is directly in front of the doors leading to the pool and the patio looks onto the water. Very clear and easy to understand instructions. This being our second time staying here, it was easier to follow the instructions for getting keys out of the lock box. My wife and I can tell that David and Christine want to go above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our stay and return in the future. Lord willing, we hope to use them again in the future!!

Totally exceeded our expectations. The condo was absolutely beautiful! The patio had a great view of the lake, Cedar Point and the park where they have a live concert series that can be seen and enjoyed right from the patio. It is also right next door to the ferry terminal which takes you over to Kelleys Island and Put-In-Bay. It is a short walk to all the bars and restaurants in downtown Sandusky. The front side of the condo leads straight out to the large pool with huge pool deck with plenty of chairs to accommodate everyone. Our host, David, was wonderful! He gave very detailed instructions for everything that was needed. He responded promptly to any questions or concerns and even gave a detailed list of bars, restaurants and places of interest in the area, which was super helpful! We had a WONDERFUL weekend! Can't wait to go back!

This property was perfect! The owners went out of their way to make you comfortable. It’s in a perfect location, you can walk to town and it’s next door to the Jet Express so you can hop on and head to the islands.

Great view , very clean , property owner on top very quick responses. Lots of outdoor seating .We have stayed for the last 7 years at Chesapeake lofts and this condo was by far the best one we have stayed at . I definitely going to book this one again.

Communication with the host was amazing. This condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, and you cannot beat the location! We’ve stayed at Chesapeake condos many times.
