very cute BNB. I think there are 4 rooms. I stayed in a double with balcony overlooking alleyway. it was nice and quiet. the bed at first I thought might be a bit hard but it was super comfortable. the room was very clean. the shower was awesome… great water pressure which was surprising
breakfast ready at 830 but the host let me eat at 8 as I was catching a train which was very nice. really nice lady who runs the property. short walk to main square like 5 minutes ( slight uphill walking to bnb)
very safe for solo traveller
I walked from train station but it was a bit warm . I didn’t have too much trouble but it was a good 20-30 minutes mostly up hill( not huge hill but definitely incline) taxi is about 10 euro and there was one at the station.
host gave excellent suggestions for restaurants which I tried and were delicious!
I would definitely stay here again
bit of noise upstairs when breakfast is being prepared. echoing building -
may bother some but I’m always awake by 7 so did not bother me. all other times were super quiet

Beautiful spotlessly clean room, amazing personnel and the breakfast was beyond all expectations! The owner, Caterina, really goes the extra mile to provide top notch service. We also appreciated a sun umbrella in the room and local tips. Not to forget the elegant and tasteful style of the whole place.
The noise isolation of the rooms is not the best, and since our room was just next to the reception we could hear all other guests on their way in and out :-)

i would have preferred for breakfast to start one hour earlier. or at least self serve coffee. It’s difficult for those people who wake up at 6am.

The room is new, large, comfortable and all is working properly. The bath room is completely new too.
Everything is clean and room forniture are very high quality. The Girl that is managing the rooms is very friendly and helpfull for any kind of request. There are no enought words to describe the breakfast both for the location , on the terrace of the house, and for the quality of food, sald and sweet, with a lot of sicilian specialties.
Only two words: special and wonderfull !
The house location is very close to the down town and in 1 minute of walk you are in the center of Noto.
For us was not a great problem, but people with trouble to walk can be in difficulties for the stairs to do to reach the rooms or the terrace: they are smaller and steep. No elevator is present.

We stayed in Incanto Siciliano for one night, but it was very luxurious and comfortable. The parking was kinda hard due to the narrow streets. Breakfast was great and the hostess was very friendly.

everything is super! the room is so lovely and location is very close to historic centre. the host Caterina is the best! not only gave sightseeing advice from the first moment, but also offered heartwarming support whenever possible. really special experience!

Great location down a tiny little side street. The room was a good size and the bathroom lovely. there was breakfast included on the terrace which was lovely: fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurts, breads, hams and cheese!
Google maps tried to take us a very odd way to the location! as it is on a dead-end street, we just parked at the top of the steps on another street and walked the few metres to the location

This accomodation is located in a very nice part of Noto in the middle of very characheristic alleyways, and within walking distance of all the city's highlights and restaurants. The room and en suite bathroom were very clean and modern and equipped with everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was the super elaborate breakfast (fruits, sweets, sandwiches, fresh coffee, etc) on the intimate roof terrace, would definitely recommend a stay here!

Incanto Siciliano was stylishly decorated and is in a really great, central location. While the streets are narrow we had no issue finding free parking nearby. Caterina was a lovely host who was always willing to share her recommendations. The breakfast was more than ample with amazing pistachio croissants, meats, eggs, cereals, fresh focaccia, local tarts - the works. No ask seemed too much and Caterina even sent us away with extra tart and foccacia for our beach picnic too! It’s a quiet haven despite its central location and some amazing restaurants and bars are on its doorstep. A kettle in the room, soft towels, complimentary water and the delicious scents of the the toiletries were all a bonus! We’d really recommend a trip to the local San Lorenzo beach too - such stunning clear blue waters! Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope to return soon.
