The house looked exactly like what was in the pictures. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It was spacious enough to fit us all. The beds were comfortable. The pool was a perfect size. We loved how close we were to the public access to the beach. It was a very short walk to two different beach access points. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the evenings when it was cool enough. Thank you for an amazing stay. We had everything we needed to make great family memories.

We were pleased with the property!
First and foremost, we loved the location to the beach! It was an easy less than 3 min walk!
(I also highly recommend SPI equipment rental! They delivered our beach items and picked them back up! So easy and very helpful!!)
The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the large table allowed for our family of 10 to all eat together!
It was nice that there were many areas to relax on the huge (almost) wrap around porch!
The heated pool was where we spent most of our time!
The house had a nice 2 floor layout, however, we travelled with a 1 year old, so it was a little tricky keeping him away from the downstairs steps. (The baby gate we found in garage wasn’t quite big enough to fit).
When we called and asked, we were told that a pack n play and high chair were not included in our rental, so we brought our own…
Turned out they did have them, which would have really made our travels/packing easier to not have to have had to bring them.
And lastly- the kids all LOVED that the house was teal!
Overall- we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others!

Good size property
First night wasn’t overall happy as the property hadn’t been cleaned as well as we had hoped and the room with the bunk beds needed sheets changing etc. we contacted spi rentals and they then dropped off clean bedding but of course this shouldn’t of needed to be done.

It was a great space for everyone to have privacy yet we experienced a ton of family time in all the seating spaces and the pool also. My kids caught pompano, stingray, whiting, and bluefish right off the beach and had a blast ocean fishing!

We absolutely loved everything about this place. From the moment we walked in it was so beachy but cozy. The distance to the beach was the best. This beach house made the best memories for our sons' 15th Birthday!

Our family had an amazing vacation while staying in this house. It was a great house for the 13 of us. We have stayed with SPI for 5 years and have never been disappointed. We like the location of the house, the walk to the beach is very short. The house was perfect and exactly what we expected. Our family is growing so we may have to look at larger houses but will for sure stay in this one again when the opportunity comes up.

Our annual family beach trip to SPI was so much fun, thanks to this amazing VRBO rental. The layout of the house was perfect for the adults to relax upstairs while the kids had fun watching movies on the bunk beds. The upper-level decks were great for enjoying the sea breeze and watching our family swim below. And while the pool water was rather warm, the pool was very clean, and our kids had a blast playing in it. The home is in the perfect location, between two beach access points and a beautiful butterfly garden, but not too close to beach bars or big crowds. Its title says it all, and we would gladly stay there again.

My entire family spend several days at SPI each year. Last year and then again this year, we stayed at this beautiful home on Jupiter. The house is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting out on the porches in the morning with our coffee and then in the evening relaxing after a full day at the beach. We also had a great time in the pool each afternoon. We also recommend renting through SPI Rentals. They were very quick to respond and were always courteous. We will definitely be returning again next year.

We really enjoyed the house. It fit our group of 12 very well. It was clean, and came with lots of towels and all the kitchen accessories we needed. It even came with a high chair that our 1 year old used. The pool need cleaning when we got there, but we callen and someone came over right away to take care of it. I highly recommend this home and SPI Rentals.

We had a fun mother/son trip and this house was amazing. It for all of us with a bed for everyone. The pool and ping pong table kept the teenage boys occupied for hours. Super close to the beach and bus drop/pick up. It was a great stay and loved every minute.

We had an awesome stay the house was beautiful and had everything we needed to stay entertained even through weather was not the best. Love that the beach was only a few blocks away. Thank you will definitely be coming back soon.

We have been staying on the island for more than 15 years since our daughter moved there to continue here nursing career. I believe we have found a place to stay for years to come, everything about the property was perfect and the cleanest home we have ever stayed at. The owners do it right.

The house size was perfect for our family. Location was nice. Walking distance to local beach. Unfortunately the house could have been a little bit cleaner but the most disgusting part was finding blood on the comforter. My poor daughter ended sleeping on the dirty comforter until I identified the dried blood. Management cleaned the comforter right away but was not very apologetic . Otherwise we really enjoyed our time.

This property was pretty much perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and an inviting home. We rented this property with 8 adult women in mind and there was plenty of room. They have a coffee maker and a Keurig, free Wi-Fi, AC, a garage, and very easy access to the beach, plus other amenities.
The only negatives I would mention is it would have been great to have the patio/pool furniture and deck cleaned of webs, and open the dishwasher after the last wash. Two very easy fixes. Otherwise, it was perfect. Thanks for this great property.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home! We had two families there… 4 adults and 10 kids (all 10 and under)! It was easy for all of us to find a place to sleep and to sit and eat together too. The short walk to the beach was doable even by the two year olds. :) We also enjoyed the pool in the backyard! Very clean and well decorated to get us in the island mood. :) I also appreciated the extra items that they had available for use… boogie boards, beach wagon, high chair, pack n play, etc. I would definitely recommend.
Only negative - the only shower/tub downstairs was unavailable to use… so, it took extra time to get 14 people washed up.

50th Anniversary Celebration
We had children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren come with us. The house worked out perfectly for our event. So close to the beach and with its own pool as well... Just perfect.

Phenomenal Experience
Annually, my family rent a beach house for at least 5 days. Being from Houston, we usually go to Galveston; however, we decided to venture to SPI. This property is beautiful inside out and offers everything a family needs. The location is perfect for the main island too.

Great House & Location
This house was perfect for our young family. It is literally across the street and down 1 house from the beach, with multiple accesses very close. On the Island, the house is centrally located amongst various activities. Not only was the house clean with plenty of towels & bedding, but we felt comfortable to spread out and relax. The heated pool felt amazing & was the perfect size. Out the front door, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our only complaint was you can hear everything from connecting back yards. The first night, right next to us was partying until the next morning hours. In every bedroom you could hear the music, and voices in some rooms too. We had to download white noise for all 3 of our kids rooms, and the master. Luckily they left the next day.

The house had everything my family and I needed, it was spacious, elegant, and just 1/2 block away from the beach. The price was very reasonable, and I will be looking forward to returning in the future.

Lovely home. Pool was a little cool for the babies but was fine for adults. Temperature was supposed to have been 86 but it was only 80 when we arrived and I'm not sure if it got above that. Probably depends upon the weather. They had a great selection of beach toys like boogie boards, a wagon, and lots of pool toys. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. Lots of outside tables and chairs and a big table inside.

We filled the house with family. It was very clean on arrival and instructions for check in and out were clear. Plenty of small appliances, great kitchen, wonderful dining room
