My husband and I came for two months. The place was perfect. Had everything we needed. The location is close to everything. We walked a lot and joined the gym while we stayed there. Restaurants were great too. We will definitely consider coming back next year

The property was lovely on a quiet cut-de-sac. The owner was very nice and kindly offered suggestions on where to go. We enjoyed the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning as well as going to the park to play Pickleball. We would definitely stay again only longer.

Quiet neighborhood with a very responsive host

We had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. We had a wonderful time here.

My husband and I stayed at Marcy’s home for too short of a time lol We loved everything about the property and working with Marcy, she has the home furnished and stocked with anything a person could possibly need. The community is beautiful and very quiet and close to all the opportunities available in Punta Gorda. Marcy even provided us with great restaurants to visit and things to do in the area. We will definitely go for a repeat stay!

We have rented this property numerous times. It's become our 2nd home! All the amenities for a great stay and meticulously maintained and cleaned. Highly recommended!

Perfect all around!

We loved this place. Having your own pool and on a canal was fabulous. WE kayaked right from the dock in the morning. We were in and out of the beautiful pool all day. Tons of restaurants near by including Fisherman's Village. It was the most relaxing vacation ever!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was wonderful. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the home is located within a short drive of all the restaurants, parks and shopping. We will definitely come back.

Can't say enough good things about our stay at this location. It comes equipped with EVERYTHING you need. Cleanliness? It's probably cleaner than most hospital surgery rooms. Yes, it is that clean. The view is superb as well. We're so glad we chose this location and you will love it too!

My husband and I just returned from 2 weeks at this property. It's easy to sum it up...clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient. Punta Gorda is a nice size and easy to get around. We had everything we needed and never had to contact Marcy, but we knew she would respond immediately if we did. Will definitely return.

Such a wonderful place to stay. The house was amazing. Very peaceful and Quiet. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The manual for the house was very thorough. Marcy was very good at communicating with us. Our questions were answered promptly. The only thing that was disappointing was how cold the pool was. I know it was advertised as unheated. We were not able to swim.

Property owners are wonderful to work with. They quickly attended to any request we made. They maintain the home 100% The home is well stocked with starter necessities. A great expensive!

Our rental experience began with our host, Marcy. She was very responsive and helpful. She provided valuable information on things to do in the area. We took her advice on a number of activities/restaurants and were very happy with our choices. The house and grounds were in perfect condition. We would definitely rent this property again.

I can't say enough about the host Marcy and house has everything you need. It is spotless and decorated so nice. The location was perfect to many wonderful restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family and I hope to come back in the future.

i came to the local area for a few days of rest and relaxation and also to have opportunity to visit a family member. the area itself is a wonderful destination and the house only compliments this! it is extremely clean and well managed/ functional. my favorite this is the pool at this house, which is beautiful, clean and so refreshing!! the master bath was a fantastically updated and roomy shower to use/ the master bed very comfortable. there was absolutely nothing in this home that didnt work well. since i was staying at the home alone, i didnt pay much attention to the second half of the. house which also has its own closets, bathroom/ bedroom area--but i will say that for a two bedroom home it feels much larger and more spacious than many! the recliner sofa and chair in the living area are great for relaxation and reading. the tvs in the home were easy to maneuver. i would definitely welcome staying at this home again at another occasion to visit this area.

This is easily the best VRBO rental experience we have ever had. The house and pool were sparkling clean. We enjoyed the house so much that we extended our stay twice! Gorgeous view on the canal and beautiful neighborhood. Marcy was extremely responsive and accommodating from quick communication to great local recommendations. We will definitely be booking again and can't wait for our next trip to this tropical paradise!

We spent 4 days relaxing by the pool, walking through the beautiful, quiet neighborhood, day tripping to Fort Meyers/Sanibel area and enjoying local restaurants!
