An amazing house with breathtaking views morning through evening. Our family took full advantage of the pampering staff from 5 star meals, to lay dry services and concierge arrangements. Plenty of room to relax and entertain so many luxuries surround. Our favorite feature that pictures alone can not capture is the rooftop pool and panoramic views. We had a wonderful time. The house and staff are impeccable. The service was top notch from Ricardo and Ivan and Claudia make the most wonderful meals. The home is a short walk on the beach to Los Muertos and the Malecon. Each room is perfect for a large group. Ricardo arranged everything from meal reservations to pick up and drop off at the airport. We definitely will be back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Casa Cuatro Abrazos was an amazing stay for my family of 9 of all ages. There were private rooms with beautiful views that allowed for each couple to have privacy, but also multiple common areas for everyone to get together. There was an elevator to easily get to all 5 floors, strong wifi in each level, 2 pools including a rooftop deck that overlooked the city, and a private entrance to the beach which made entering town really easy. It was close enough to the main strip of restaurants yet far enough to be quiet. Ivan and the cooking staff were extremely helpful making any meal requests and drinks for everyone. I would recommend this house for any large group of travelers that would like to stay together on their trip.

Wonderful house and service during our stay in PV. House right on beach with rooftop (5th floor) and 1st floor pools. We really enjoyed the house, which was recently renovated, and were spoiled by the excellent staff (Ricardo - house manager; Ivan - Chef, Claudia - breakfast chef). Would definitely use the chef dining service. Claudia cooked us breakfast every morning. Ivan prepared many lunches and dinners which were exquisite; he also makes a great margarita. Ricardo arranged for everything and was always available for us to contact. House is right on water and steps from a great beach if you want to put a towel down there. We ended up walking about 5-7 minutes to the heart of China Beach and rented chairs. Would highly recommend.

This was a great place for us to stay with our 2 families. The home is so warm and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. And the management company, from Ricardo (the concierge), Ivan (senior chef) and Claudia, made our vacation stay at Casa Quatros Abrazos, perfect and memorable. They were attentive, receptive to requests and didn't leave anything to chance - great communication and care. In particular, Ivan's lunches and dinners were Michelin quality, while Claudia's breakfast service was better than Four Seasons' brunch! The house is even better than the pictures and sunsets can be viewed from all 5 levels of this superb home. We had a wonderful stay!

Truly amazing house with a stellar staff. This was my first time renting a property with full staff included, and it did not disappoint. Ricardo and the entire crew of 6 were so attentive and friendly. Meals were very good including the vegetarian options for some of our guests. Having access to two pools, a hot tub, and the beach at our fingertips made for a very relaxing trip. Perfect location for those looking to stay near the Zona Romantica beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Highly recommend this place and would definitely book again. It is great for a big family or group of friends. Even when there was a major but temporary issue, Ricardo and the Owner went above and beyond to get it fixed and make sure we were taken care of properly. Truly 5-star stay.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at Casa Cuatro Abrazas! It is a beautiful house with an excellent staff in a great location. It is a short walk to the nearby beach, and just over a hill is a path to the town and restaurants. The highlight of the trip was the food and friendly staff. The chef Ivan and assistant chef Claudia were amazing! They were very accommodating in terms of allergies; we had two gluten free people and every meal was either gluten free or had gluten free options. In addition, they were beyond pleasant and kind. Our group loves Mexican food and we let them make what they wanted and everything was delicious and not too heavy. They were very open to suggestions. The food was unbelievable and creative.Breakfast was amazing; we had chorizo and eggs, granola and yogurt, beautiful fresh fruit served with freshly squeezed juice. One day, we requested a lighter lunch and they made a creative shrimp ceviche with an apple/avocado sauce that was over the top. The fish tacos were very good, cooked perfectly and served with a nice sauce. We had pico and guacamole most days. Ivan and Claudia brought us margaritas most afternoons without asking. Our first night we had a choice of fish in a light tomato sauce or beef stuffed passilla peppers which were incredibly light and well spiced. For dinner, we had a chicken with a pumpkin sauce that was to die for. One of my favorite dinners was Ivan’s grandma’s recipe for chicken with a creamy poblano chili sauce. I have never had such good Mexican food, this is saying a lot having traveled in Mexico multiple times and lived in southern California. The house staff Maria and Azulzana were very friendly and also kind, they made us feel welcome. The house was very safe and secure, and all of the staff were very trustworthy. Finally, the elevator was incredibly helpful for our family. Our grandparents are in their 80s and it made the house much more accessible for them. I highly recommend this house to a group or family.

This dramatic property offered a wonderful respite for everyone in our 9 person group. The setting and the staff were wonderful. The only minor issue we encountered was that the street, C Sta. Barbara was entirely cut-off - a portion of it having washed away due to what we understand to be a water main leak or rupture. This also impacted water service at one point during our stay. We were totally without water one afternoon. The Concierge compensated for the lack of water by filling the water tank with water from the jacuzzi. The next day water was delivered via truck and we were back in business. There is a more major road, route 200, that connects the house with the city. That particular road is busy enough that we didn't feel comfortable walking along it, but the nearby Romantic Zone was a very short cab or Uber ride away. It can also be reached via a walk along the beach, but be prepared for a bit of a clamber over some rocks and a trek through the sand. I wouldn't recommend the climb over the rocks for older guests or those with questionable physical coordination. Also, not ideal if you dressed for shopping or an evening in town. That aside, it was a wonderful property and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely.

Our family had such a lovely time. The location was great. My kids were happy swimming all day in either the rooftop pool, bottom pool or a near by beach we could walk to. As mentioned in the other reviews the food was incredible and Christian and Claudia went above and beyond in making fresh meals everyone in my family loved. Many thanks to all of the staff for making our stay perfect.

Everything was perfect at our vacation. All of the staff members were incredible. Ricardo the concierge was so nice and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Christian the chef was very talented and made so many delicious meals for our group. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. Beautiful views, spacious and comfortable rooms, and just tons of space for the whole group. I hope I can stay here again in the future - cannot recommend this listing enough!

The house was clean, located near town, and had the most amazing views of the ocean and city shoreline! The service and staff were incredible. I highly recommend a visit to Puerto Vallarta and to stay at this location.

We cannot stress enough how amazing the staff and property were for our stay in late June. Ricardo, Christian and the rest of the staff are what you can only hope for on your vacations. Food was amazing! Property is absolutely beautiful and works great for large groups as you feel as if you can retreat to your own place. Now if I could only bring Christian home with us that would have been the icing on the cake. Thank you for helping me celebrate my 50th!

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English and were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The property was amazing with spectacular views!

The villa is stunning with incredible rooftop with pool and jacuzzi overlooking Zona Romantica.interior design is very unique and all bedrooms are spacious.Jeff the owner and Ricardo are the best guys ever.They took care about every details and were always helpful. We also tried private chef and food was delicious! Definitely would come back again!;)

We stayed here for Christmas with a big family group including kids. The house is amazing, the staff was amazing and the food was excellent. Christian, our chef did not disappoint and Ricardo, our concierge, made sure everything was taken care of. Thank you! My kids had a most memorable Christmas.

Me and my friends visited PV to celebrate a birthday and we had the best time staying at Casa Cuatro Abrazos. Ricardo, the house manager, greeted us when we arrived and gave us a detailed tour and was available via phone throughout our stay as needed. The home has been recently remodeled and was beautifully done. We have been to PV several times and would easily stay here again next time we come. It is walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The rooftop pool and patio are unbelievable. We had the best experience.

My friends and I had a very good time at this house. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable (WiFi in every room, 2 equipped kitchens, even coffee and workstations with ocean views). The best part was the view from the roof top with its hot tub and infinity pool. Great location too, just steps away from the beach, restaurants and bars. Would love to stay here again on our next visit to Vallarta.
