Property was as described and owners were prompt to answer any questions. All were impressed with property and enjoyed watching the wildlife. Access to the lake club was a wonderful bonus. Hope to visit again.

Our family and dogs loved staying here for a week vacation in February during the week it was a nice quiet area and we were able to escape the crowds on the weekends it’s more active. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended this rental to our family and friends!

Beautiful area and very convenient.

My husband and I rented this for our family to have a couple days away. Our kids range in age from 25 to 17. Plus we had significant others and three dogs. Everyone had a great time just relaxing. The place comfortably held all of us. Clean, cozy, and has everything you needed. We are definitely coming back. I highly recommend!

Great condo in a great location. Just off the lake and a very short trip to Big Boulder. Also a short walk to the restaurant. House clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. Check in/out as simple as it gets.

Good experience, overall. Michelle was very responsive and helpful. We were there to celebrate our anniversary. The last two nights the ac was not reaching the temperature we set it to so it was a little uncomfortable since we are used to sleeping at a certain temperature and we had 2 dogs that generate a lot of heat. Hopefully they can get that straightened out. Overall, we liked the home and had a good time.

Property was very clean and well appointed, and the 2-floor layout afforded privacy for both of us and our son’s family. We had a rainy week, but there were train rides, indoor water parks, and a trip thru a coal mine to entertain the kids. We enjoyed the pools,lake, and paddle boating at the Boulder Club when the sun came out. Wonderful vacation. Host was very attentive. Will go again. Our thanks to Michelle.

We stayed in July with seven adults and three children. There was plenty of room for everyone. Great place for people looking to spend a bit of time outdoors. Everything was close to the house (lake club, pool, tavern) and easy to walk to. We couldn’t use the lake or beach because of bacteria levels in the lake but they said it is normal for this time of year (just an unfortunate circumstance), so we went to the pool (heated!) and had a great time. Point being: even when something didn’t go as planned, there was plenty to do instead. The home is a cute, homey place to getaway for a few days!

We really loved our stay in the house. Great location, close to very interesting places, also the access to the Lake Club. The house was great, and the communication and availability of the owner was outstanding. Without any doubt we will return soon.

The hosts were very nice, quick to respond to questions and everything was exactly as they said. The house was awesome, in a good location with a nice beach and restaurant. Will definitely be returning for another vacation! (The only downfall which has nothing to do with hosts but the Boulder Lake Club closes way too early at 5pm and wish they had more activities for dogs.)

I enjoyed my stay in this well maintained clean cabin that provides the essentials. The little details were so impressive. The hostess blew my mind with her attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate. She is gracious and thoughtful. The scenery is beautiful. The location is great. The complimentary passes to the lake club were generous and appreciated. Overall an excellent experience. I hope to return one day.

Great spot for a family weekend getaway this summer. Listing is exactly as described and shown in images. My family and I had a great time utilizing the access to the Big Boulder Lake club. The house had toys and sand supplies perfect for my 1.5 and 3 year old. We also stopped by nearby Hickory Run State park on our way home to see the waterfall and boulder field, which were hits as well.

The property is as described. The communication was great during the booking process and check in was smooth. We really loved the area as its right on the lake and has a nice little lake beach which my son and dog enjoyed very much.

Lovely condo in the mountains!!

I rented this property from Friday check-in 4 PM to Sunday check out 11 AM. Location of the units nearby amenities were great. The neighbors put in several complaints!! Friday and Saturday night one of them being when it was just myself and my friend at the house alone at the time. (Not so much of a party with 2 people lol)The house itself did not match the pictures. the updated bathroom was nice, the rest of the house was old carpeting, very noticeably old paint, and furniture. The security guard showed up Saturday night after receiving a noise complaint and said he heard no noise coming from our unit until he was standing inside with us... he saw no issue. Come 10:35 AM Sunday morning the cleaning lady is already standing on the porch to come in and clean as we are still in the middle of packing while being rushed. The amount of calls and text messages that I received from Michele over the weekend we’re highly annoying. I have rented several properties as well as my own home and have never had these problems. Also be prepared to be told that there was dog food and treats found in the unit after you check out. I was informed that the renter before me on Friday had an unwelcome dog Who left a mess. Now today they claimed that I had a dog in the unit. I’m not happy at all and I do not recommend this unit or Michelle.

Winter escape with the kids to spend some time together and hit the slopes. It was a blast! Michelle is an attentive owner. Communication was great and timely. Love Big Boulder Lake, and this property is right on it. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a very clean and peaceful house with a nice deck that you could watch the deer walk right through the yard, also a nice restaurant/tavern in walking distance right on the lake and pet friendly. Loved it!
