Great location. Large enough space for a family. Very nicely updated.

This condo is beautiful; spacious and clean; plenty of room for whole family. The balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular; easy to get to the beach. We highly recommend this wonderful condo.

The condo was recently renovated and was in excellent condition. The Master Suite was very nice and big and had a slider that you could leave partially open at night to hear the waves crashing. That was a nice way to fall asleep every night. The complex was very quiet, which was nice and peaceful. The beach was really nice a very wide so there is always plenty of space. There were at least 8 beach chairs that were all in good shape and it was a very short walk to get there. Michele was very responsive to any questions/concerns. Overall it was an excellent place to spend a month.

Nicely furnished, clean, and a fantastic view

The condo is beautiful. We spent most our time on the balcony overlooking the ocean or walking on the beach. The condo gives each guest their own bedroom and bath. We highly recommend this wonderful condo.

This recently renovated beautiful 4th floor condo unit is in an ideal location. Amazing view of the ocean with a spacious outdoor balcony. Easy access to the spacious beach over a well maintained boardwalk. The three bedrooms/bathrooms were spaced so everyone had privacy. My 2 1/2 y/o grandson could play safely. Very clean, and I’m pretty much a clean freak. Michelle was friendly and readily available for any questions we had. I would highly recommend.

Wonderfully refurbished ocean front condo. Nicely equipped with everything our family needed. Unfortunately, our experience was interrupted twice - first by a false alarm in the middle of the night, then by a water main break that left us without water for our last day and night. Things happen but the property management company should make sure the exterior of the building and its infrastructure is as well maintained as the beautiful condo we rented.

Such a beautiful place to spend some quality time with friends!

My son and young family had a Wedding to attend at the Ritz. We decided to rent this beautiful condo directly next door for week prior to the wedding. The condo was spectacular with ocean views to die for. We watched the sunrise each morning with coffee from the patio deck. Access to the beach and pool was a really short distance and the condo provided all the amenities we needed for the beach. Convenience of a walking path directly to the Ritz made it great for our anniversary dinner at "Salt", a world renown 5-star restaurant. The family is already talking about a return trip to 86 Ocean Place. Thank you, Michelle, for making our stay a memorable one.

Our family enjoyed a week in Amelia Island, staying at this beautiful Ocean Place condo. This was our first time in Amelia Island and we were very pleased with our experience. The condo was beautifully decorated, had comfortable beds, great layout, well stocked kitchen. The ocean view was amazing. The patio is very large and great for watching the sunrise. You can also look out at the ocean view while in the kitchen or master bedroom. We had an issue with the dryer during our stay and within a day of reporting it, Michelle (property manager) had someone there to install a new washer and dryer. Can’t say enough about how responsive Michelle is! The location of this complex is ideal. Being first-timers, we were very happy we had selected Ocean Place instead of some properties at the Omni we had considered. Ocean Place is much more convenient/centralized to the various activities we did during our stay. Our group included 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 8 & 6). The kids loved the pool, which they typically had all to themselves during our stay. Beach access was also great and the beach was fairly empty most days. Overall, a great property. We’ll maintained. Would highly recommend.

We've stayed in many condos over the years at various resorts in Amelia. However, this is by far our new favorite! I can't say enough about this gorgeous oceanfront condo, which has recently undergone a complete renovation. The condo is spacious and uncluttered. The furnishings are high-end and tasteful. And the balcony is huge (and also very nicely furnished). The attention to detail is amazing. The owner really has supplied everything you may need. Beds were super comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. Communication with Michelle was quick and efficient. She was very responsive to any questions we had. We wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again! We hated to leave:) Thanks for a lovely stay!!

We had a great time on our family vacation to Amelia Island. This place is awesome. The beds were so comfortable! We loved the easy access to pool and beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with all necessities. Everything was nice and clean. We will definitely rent this place again if we plan another vacation to Amelia Island. We love the fact that the traffic was not so busy like other beaches we have vacationed at.

We had a wonderful week at this condo. I’d definitely recommend it for a family for a nice relaxing vacation!

We have stayed in many condos in Ocean Place and this is by far one of the best!! Newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds!! We look forward to hopefully renting this condo again!!

Awesome place

This beautiful End Condo is very spacious with an entrance, full kitchen, large master suite, plus two bedrooms/2 baths. The unit was spotlessly clean with starting amenities provided, including K-cups! The large, curved balcony with sitting chairs and with tall table and chairs faces directly on the beach and an incredible view. The view is maximized inside and from the master suite. The white sand beach is closely accessible via a short walk and somewhat steep stairway over the dune. Kitchen dishes were all spotlessly clean and we loved the kitchen’s window seat overlooking the pool and beach! The dining table seated 6. We greatly enjoyed our respite at Ocean Place and hope to return!

The recent renovation of this unit is absolutely beautiful with very high end fixtures and furnishing, and the location and view were amazing. Cannot wait to return!

We loved the condo, the location, and especially THE VIEW!!! This place was wonderful, and my family had the time of their lives!

Wow, this property was amazing!! The unit was beautifully decorated, furnished, and well stocked with everything that you would need for your stay. Location was great and close to grocery stores, shopping, and right next door to the Ritz Carlton, which was a great option for lunches and dinner. Michelle was very accommodating and punctual with her responses. She promptly answered any questions/ concerns that we had, and even provided us with restaurant and food recommendations. We met several wonderful neighbors that stopped each day to chat and interact with our 3 children. We are already looking at the calendar to book another visit.

The location, cleanliness, and ease of booking was better than any other property we have stayed at in 10 years at Amelia.

The renovations were spectacular! Everything in this unit is new. 3 well-appointed bedrooms and the master is large and cozy—a corner-unit condo with a good-sized balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. Perfect location only a couple of minutes from the grocery store, next door to the Ritz, and 15 minutes from downtown. I would definitely recommend this listing to others.

Just returned from a great trip to Amelia Island! This property is just as advertised…beautiful condo, had everything we needed for a relaxing week. Michelle, the property manager, was very welcoming and responsive. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay right on the beach!

Beautiful condo with an awesome view! Everything was perfect. I really liked the upholstery (love, love, love the green zebra and the monogrammed pillows with hot pink!!!), furnishings, and the personal touches, proximity to the Ritz, and of course the view is breath taking. Would love to visit again!
