Los cuartos son individuales, y el lugar es muy tranquilo

Se puede mejorar la cobertura del wifi, así como actualizar los códigos QR, que tienen pegados en las paredes y cuartos

Me gusto que aparte de las cosas básicas que menciona en la aplicación, las personas que te hospedaban eran muy atentos hacia uno, la verdad me voy con una muy buena impresión del lugar y las cosas que tenía

Tuve conflictos con un empleado, que incluso me amenazó con golpearme y desaparecerme. Anunciaron que tenían estacionamiento, e intentaron negarlo, aunque terminaron cediéndolo inicialmente de buena gana. Cuando le dije que sus servicios no me habían gustado se molestó muchísimo, y en ese momento fue que apareció una empleada que lo retiro y tuvo una actitud amable y abierta a escuchar mis opiniones.

Es importante que los negocios respeten los servicios que ofrecen, más importante es que contraten gente que tenga vocación de servicio y preparación para atender a los huespedes. Amenazar diciendo a la señora "¿ Quieres que lo golpee ?" y "¿ quieres que lo desaparezca ?", nunca jamás debería ocurrir en México, por un prestador de servicios, menos en esa zona donde está ubicado "México Lindo" es una de alta incidencia delictiva y pareciera que algunos de los empleados son delincuentes.

The room was to noise and was difficult to rest since there was a lot of light at night

Wonderful, accommodating host. Clean, pleasant room. Convenient distance to airport. It was exactly what I needed for my layover. Special thanks to the host for his patience and friendliness, especially with my last minute booking and lack of Spanish. I felt safe and secure in the hotel, but as a foreigner i probably wouldn't have been comfortable taking a walk alone at night in that area. Not an issue for my purposes.

the list is long. we arrived at around 6pm (not an unreasonable time),we contacted the host to let them know we had arrived and no reply. we had a concert booked that we needed to be at for around 8pm so we was in a bit of a rush really. when it got to about 7:30 we informed the host via WhatsApp that we really needed to go but still nobody had showed up and we was getting limited replies that didn’t make sense. eventually we left our belongings and let them know we was leaving. eventually at around 11pm they got back to us saying this was fine. we kind of expected to be homeless for the night given the circumstances. but we got into the property at around 12:00. when we got in the room. it was very limited and dirty. no towels,no light fitting. was not the room that was advertised. the bathroom wasn’t nice either. somebody had vomited in it which was visible on the walls and by the smell and was never available once in there. it was better not to shower than to use that in my opinion. overall really bad stay.

The hostess was very nice and informative. I needed a place on Very short notice and they were available. I will say that at the time was looking for a HOTEL which this is Not. It's a Hostel . Shared rooms shared bathroom. Beds are like boards but it was mostly clean. Shower had sporadic hot water. Bring your own soap. The place is fairly secure as the main entrance is made of metal. My stay was very short, no pictures were taken.

No soap in the bathroom towash hands, the towels were very rough. No spoons to stir the coffee.

Very close to terminal 2. Nice people but pretty basic. If you like to experience how people live in Mexico, you can get a grip of it overhere.

Shower had hot water but it was difficult to get a good temperature. I would spent more money to have more comfort next time.
