The staff was friendly this time.

The room was filthy.. paying an extra $50 for a non smoking room I expected it to at the very least be clean but it wasn't.. i wore socks the entire time and after my third trip to the bathroom the bottoms of them were brown from the floor being so dirty... The location was noisy, loud people outside, traffic etc. the room was way too dark, and at some point in the night there was a strange chemical smell seeping into the room from the AC... I had a wonderful time with my partner outside of this room but this stay felt like a punishment.

Bed was uncomfortable and room had roaches.

Area

Zimmer war nicht sauber. Ablagen nicht gewischt, Boden sehr schmutzig (Essensreste, Schutz an den Rändern) und Urinflecken am WC. Wir haben daraufhin reklamiert. Chefin sehr uneinsichtig und leicht cholerisch. U.a wurden wir darüber belehrt, dass man ja "nicht auf dem Boden schläft". Insgesamt war aber selbst für US-Verhältnisse und die Preisklasse m.E. das ganze nicht zumutbar. Wir haben uns entschlossen zu stornieren und nicht nur das Zimmer zu wechseln. Zum Glück war der Herr des Hauses sehr freundlich und professionell und hat uns das Geld ohne Theater zurückerstattet.

Nothing it was disgusting

It was filthy, I was forced to have a smoking room. My clothes and luggage still smell like smoke 3 days later. The person next door blasted gangster rap and did drugs well Past 3 am. I felt very unsafe.

The bed was comfortable.

It was 95 degrees in the room when we arrived at 9pm. AC was not turning on at all. Temp outside was 85. The bathroom wall behind the door was dirty. The exhaust fan was falling down on one end and didn't fit are area near the light. The tub was clogged. Paint was chipping near the shower head. The trash cans outside were fifty outside the room. They could have done better.

Terrible location for what we were in town for. Too far away and not much to do around the area.

STAY AWAY from this motel! THE office staff ARE HORRIBLE, NASTY, RUDE AND DISGUSTING people! NEVER STAY AT THIS MOTEL!!!!!!!
