Bar was open was very clean

Prices fir Concession stand were ridiculous

It was as okay it changed to me a lot form the last time I stayed

The elevators wasn’t working and you had to go the second floor to get on another elevator to get to the 3rd floor

We were hurricane evacuees and feel we were price gouged

Bed too hard. Need to offer type of pillows. I am allergic to feathers

Great location, free surface parking, instant hot water, a Keurig in my room..... it was all great. Comfy bed, free wifi, kitchen amenities - what more could you want?? And the staff members I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful.

I can't fault the hotel, it's the covid procedure. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days (unless you get difficult and ask for more, which I didn't).

New facility

Dirty with stained sheets, shower controls improperly installed and cold was hot, poorly trained staff. I was woken up at 7am reminding me to return room keys when I check out.

It was very clean the location was great and staff was friendly!
