This house was charming with plenty of room for our family and friends to stay and relax as we all were in town for UT graduation. It was so much nicer than a hotel stay and gave us plenty of room for our Franklin BBQ to-go. We had a few glitches when we checked in but the contact was quick to respond and helpful. We would definitely rent again.

Spacious accommodations for our large family group arriving from different cities for a graduation celebration. Beautifully appointed furnishings and outdoor areas.Master bedroom was missing a hair dryer, and it was disappointing that we were not allowed to quietly visit outside on a Saturday night after 10. Overall though, worked perfectly for us and would love to stay again.

Home is perfectly setup for a large group with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for our family and dogs. Great amenities (kitchen, bedding, etc.). Perfect location to walk around Clarksville by foot or as a jumping off point to explore Austin. Had a tiny issue with the house and the owners responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately. Would recommend!

Our family came to Austin for our niece's wedding. There was 13 of us at the house from all over the country. It was the perfect location and the house was very nice, comfortable and we didn't feel cramped with the number of people we had. The airstream is a bonus and thankfully the a/c kept it nice and cool for those sleeping in it.

Perfect location - walk to coffee shop, grocery store or to restaurants. Easy access to running/biking trails and to downtown.

We hosted several speakers for a conference and booked them in houses instead of hotel rooms. This house had a great location close the the event. The speakers were trilled with their nifty housing.

The accommodations were amazing. Lots of room for our party of 9! 2 block walk to amazing restaurants and coffee shops, small grocery too. Highly recommend.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was a perfect place to spend Christmas with our family. Communications with the owners were great. A cold front hit Austin and a few preventative things needed to be done while we were there. We appreciate the way they were handled and enjoyed our entire experience.

Really a great location in Austin. Sleeps a ton of people and the finished RV in the driveway is adorable. Mosquitoes in the yard are really bad so plan on bringing bug spray.

Great for a large group
Stays here with 10 other friends for a big get together, and it accommodated everyone perfectly. The house was very clean and in a great neighborhood with a few restaurants very close by and others a short Uber or scooter ride away! The trailer was fantastic and the air conditioning in it was huge given it was extremely hot this weekend. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the property and would stay again.

Perfect Austin
This is a lovely property. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Austin. Sarah and Moya were amazing host and have a beautiful well appointed house that’s in close to everything. Very walkable lovely neighborhood. Book it and be relieved!

Great stay, Great House, Great Location
We spent 4 nights at the house, our group consisted of 4 adult couples. We were in town to visit our daughter that attends Univ. Of Texas. We could not have asked for a better location. All of the rooms had comfortable bed and were good size. The living room and kitchen was a great common socializing area. The yard was very nice and the "Guest house" Trailer was and excellent addition. The owner/property manager were great and responsive, not that we really needed anything because we had everything we needed. I can honestly say, not only did we not have any complaints, but we all LOVED IT!!!!

Very nice house
Very nice house, large and lots of space. 7 minute drive to downtown. The house also has an amazing outside area. A few bugs and for girls no full length mirrors! Other than that the stay was great. Highly recommend

Great house for a group
Great house for a group in a nice neighborhood. Only complaint would be the bugs in the house. Ants were constantly crawling on the kitchen counter and we found multiple roaches upstairs.

Long weekend in Austin
Overall, a great place to stay in Austin. It was nice to have the ability to park a car and to have a nice back patio and back yard. Inside, the house was clean and quiet--you really cant hear passing cars or road noise (not that its a busy street). While outside, the neighbors are close by, so noise can be an issue.
We loved the Sonos home sound system in every room and the master suite is gorgeous. As for proximity to downtown Austin, its a super simple ride into town.
Excellent trip, great communication with the host, and a beautiful home to stay in.

Fantastic Stay
This house worked out perfect for our group of 7. Plenty of room, a nice outdoor space and in an awesome location to visit Austin! Our host was responsive and we had no issues.
