We used this apartment as a stop for the next day’s train to Bruges and it is perfect for that. You can practically see the gate from leaving the station!! The key safe and getting in was easy enough and you’re welcomed by a huge flat, the ceilings are so high and the decor is gorgeous…we felt it was a waste for just one night as we arrived late and checked out at 10am so we’ll be back.

The only thing is an overhead shower would’ve been lovely.

Great apartment that is large and equipped with a full kitchen. Separate bedroom and new sofa couch. It felt secure. Good location next to Midi station but a 25mins walk to Grand Place which is where you spend most of your time in Brussels. Would definitely stay again.

Away from city centre but saying that is was nice and quiet.

Great location, especially if you are traveling by train. Newly renovated fully equipped apartment. Highly recommended!

Apartment is in a great location, one block away from Brussels Station which was very convenient for us. The apartment was clean, big and beautiful. It had a few things in the kitchen (like cooking oil, salt, sugar, coffee..), I thought it was awesome because you don’t have to buy everything if you want to make breakfast.

We didn’t find elevator.

Location is excellent. It is almost next to Brussels Midi Train station. The apartment is big, clean and very NEW. Walking distance to restaurants and Brussels Place of Interest.

Spacious apartment, close to the train station so also close to a aupermarket and caffees, restaurants. Nicely decorated, has all the amenities needed. I think it is a great place to stau in for 2 people

I don’t think this is a proper place for a group of 4. The sofa turns into a bed but it is not comfortable to sleep on it. Maybe for a day as we stayed it was fine but you cannot really consider it a sleeping place. The shower was making a weird loud noise, so for a group of 4 you would have to be careful with the hour you are taking the shower as you might end up disturbing someone.

Great location steps away from Eurostar train and other public transportation. Friendly host. Detailed instructions on how to enter and leave property were perfect. Large living area.

Liked everything

The property was spotless! The host arranged the apartment in a way that it made you feel like home, basically nothing was missing, from a coffee machine to a steamer to an iron everything you can imagine. I will definitely visit again!

1.building entrance door knob was broken so it was a thing every time anybody entered the building 2. some of the items in the apartment were almost broken(toilet seat, dinner table was always shaking)

Outer door lock was broken and was not opening had to call neighbours from upstairs at 11 PM to open the door. There were so many mosquitos and my son was swollen.

Very clean and lots of space. Also well decorated with high ceilings.

The street does not look nice, but once inside it is beautiful.

Nice apartment, the master bed is comfy, kitchen with nespresso.

- You can't leave backpacks before check-in. - Communication with the host only via booking messenger. She responds with the delay. On any request, constantly refers to some cleaning lady like I have nothing to do with it. So, in case of any problem, you are just on your own. - The sofa-bed is terrible with unironed sheets (wasn't sure if they were clean).

The location is really really great, its just 5 mins by walk from the main central station. The house is big and quite comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen has all appliances which you might require. Bed is also very comfy. Bonus Point - Smart TV with Netflix Paid account, you can watch your stuff out there. Wifi speed is very good. I really felt like home and my family had a really good time in the house. I can definitely recommend that to anyone. Of course there are a few shortfalls. The communication with the maintainer was also great, she/he was replying to my questions immediately in the booking.com chat option which was more than enough for me to understand. The keys were also easy to fetch at the main door.

No provisions to keep rooms dark even you cover the curtain, therefore in summer it's hard to sleep in the couch in the living room because it's early sunrise. But this can be sorted with the eye cover. The only main thing which I really did not like is that you cannot get sound sleep because its close to the main road and you get to hear everything. Even all windows are closed it's a lot of noise. I was just making sure that I am tired enough to get sleep. Now this can be fixed if one has a habit to sleep with ear buds on. The entry in the building could have been more improved and clean. The house was pretty much clean.

Very spacious and well decorated. had almost everything we would have needed. great hairdryer!! TV was brilliant as could use YouTube or Netflix, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Easily accessible and very close to Bruxelles-Midi (1 min walk)

bathtub wouldn’t work, shower head had to be held and was stressful trying to clean as there was also no shower curtain so bathroom was often soaked. dishwasher smelled and utensils/dishes didn’t seem clean, bins weren’t emptied and no coffee available. sofabed was broken, upon reading previous reviews i discovered this issue had been raised before. made the bed uncomfortable for the person sleeping on it and made the bed hard to set up. not the fault of the owner but area seemed a little rough and I saw a rat outside!!!
