This place was absolutely disgusting, pictures on booking.com were not what we paid for booking.com should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these people to use this service. Fresh fruit was not fresh bathroom was disgusting as was toilet we didnt use rooms and slept in lounge due to the gross state of the place, I took photos 20mins after arrival we were almost going to leave to find somewhere else but chose to not waste the money that we paid, there is no house keeping and some lady came bursting through door demanding rego details I hope these people dont get away with ripping people off anymore!!!!

I think the location was awesome. It's close to the beach, it's close to a shopping mall, close to the highway.

I arrived and some backpackers opened the door. I didn't know my room number. I texted the owner and left for shopping. Garbage bin in the kitchen was overflowing already at 4pm and there are (I think) only 3 rooms in the main building and I only arrived now and the other one later. Second, I was looking for toilet paper, it was in the cupboard in the hall but a simple information sheet would have been awesome. I found it odd that there was no smoke alarm in room 3 nor in the hallway. Not sure about other rooms. Otherwise the beds are super comfortable and great location.

•隣の住民がたまにトイレと外の水道を利用しにきていましたが(オーナーとは公認済みとのことです)、私達は事前に説明がなくそれを知るまでとても恐かった •ベッドにダニが数匹いた •清掃の方は手ぶらで来て、シーツを整えただけで交換や洗濯はしてないように見えた •基本的に建物が古く、リビングは埃臭い

Cons: Front and back doors did not lock properly Sliding door did not lock Looked like someone was living there (food in cupboards and fridge) Overflowing recycling bin on arrival (dangerous glass bottles for our kids) Only 1 towel provided- lucky I had packed towels No AC/fans provided Wifi didn’t work Dirty bathroom Missing doors on kitchen cupboards Can’t use washing machine unless you book 3+ nights Pretty run down overall
