Sue is an amazing host, she had everything you could need and more! We had so much fun for my birthday. The pool is nice and big, right out the back porch. The townhouse is peacock pretty, and the beds were so comfortable. By the way, for those wondering she has both the Kuerig and full-sized coffee pot

Our stay was wonderful. The pool is just steps away! The place is roomy and comfortable for 5 adults. Wonderful memories were made celebrating my Mom's 81st birthday.

My friends and I stayed at this property and enjoyed the condo and surrounding area very much. It was quiet and peaceful. We spend the majority of the time at the pool and in the condo. The condo slept 6 of us comfortably and we had all we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen. Our host was so sweet to give us a bottle of wine to have on our stay. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels for our three nights. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great girls trip Sue!

It was so nice, that everything looked like it said on line. We all Loved this place. Will probably book next years trip to Marble Falls. Loved watching deer in the evening and early mornings.... Sue also, was helpful, when we couldnt get wfi to work, by sending a scan. Thanks for making our trip wonderful and leaving a note and bottle of wine. Lori

Can't say enough good things. Sue was super easy to work with. Our family lives in Horseshoe Bay, and we were there for our yearly summer vacation. The layout was perfect. Everything you needed and more. Pool is right outside the back patio. The view is amazing!!! The first night we were there a storm came thru and our oldest son sat on the patio and watched it come rolling in, he said it was an amazing view. Wish we could have stayed for the whole month. Thank you Sue!!!

Perfect place for my family and friends to stay on a weekend. It contained everything needed, plus some! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Sue was great to communicate all directions needed and made everything easy to find! If ever back in Texas...would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this Horseshoe Bay townhome! We had three couples and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the decks and just visiting. It was a little cool to use the pool, but nice we had the option. We saw several deer in the area too. Would definitely come back!

This home was fabulous! Clean, roomy and a great location. Linens felt good and the beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was available and Sue was very responsive to any questions we had. This a two story space with balconies on both side top and bottom, great courtyard and quiet! Plenty of room for a wheelchair ( just in case special circumstances) except entrance into the bathroom downstairs. I highly recommend this home away from home! We will come back!

The location was close to several places we enjoy visiting!
Your house was very nice and had all the amenities we use. It was quiet and beautifully decorated.. sue was very friendly and answered our questions quickly. I loved our stay at marble falls.

Great location and views!
We we’re in town for a golf tournament in Kingsland and this house worked perfect for us four guys. The pool was so close and the view was spectacular. The four separate balconies were a plus, too. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful quite retreat
This place was amazing. Breathtaking scenery with abundant wildlife everywhere. The townhome had every amenity that you could think of. Very quite and peaceful. There were five of us and we each had a bed and plenty of room.

This place was the perfect find for three good friends to get away for a few nights and retreat! Everything was comfortable, clean, accessible, and accommodating. The owner was easy to communicate with and the location was great for traveling back and forth to town. Can't say enough good about this place.

Weekend Getaway
The house was great. Rooms spacious, very nicely decorated, well maintained and spotless. Every thing was welcoming and designed to make you feel at home. Our group wanted bathrooms for every bedroom which is hard to find. This house was particularly wonderful as all the bedrooms were large and had spacious well appointed bathrooms.
Nature abounded around us. We shopped, ate and drank our way around town. Location was convenient to everything.
Want to come back and stay at this great condo again! Cudos to Sue our hostess - clearly the hostess with the mostest. Thanks

Horseshoe Bay Retreat
Property was as advertised: clean, spacious, close to pool, tennis and basketball hoops. One member of our family used a wheelchair and was able to get around the main floor with no problems. Sue was very nice about responding quickly to our questions.

Girls get away with my 4 year old & 12 year old daughter!
I couldn’t of asked for better get away with my daughters. The house was perfect. We were in close distance to the Exotic in Zoo in Johnson City and the Science Mill. Went on a few trails, had some amazing dine out experiences. Would definitely go back with my girls.

Home away from home!
Me, my husband and two teenagers absolutely loved this townhouse! Plenty of space for us (would have space for a few more!) and Sue was wonderful to work with. She gave us great restaurant suggestions and answered my questions very promptly. The house is nicely supplied - had everything we needed and just felt very comfortable and homey. The location was great for the state parks we visited - everything was about 30 minutes away in all directions, and Marble Falls is just 10-15 minutes - super convenient. And of course, it is right across the way from the Horseshoe Bay resort. We brought our bikes and explored the area - saw so many deer, which was fun for us! We had a great time exploring the hill country!

Absolutely wonderful experience!
Mrs. Sue is amazing and checked in to make sure everything was OK. We originally planned to hike Enchanted Rock but due to the weather we played games and enjoyed much needed family time. The property is beautiful and the beds were amazing. We will definitely be back to visit again. ❤
