made reservation through booking.com for my nephew and father who needed a hotel close to medical facilities for an early morning appointment. staff refused my pre-paid reservation because my nephew is a local hot springs resident. desk staff said they don't allow local residents to stay in the hotel. total BS because my nephew and father stayed there for a medical appointment Tue June 11, 2024, and the staff didn't turn them away. so why was this time different??? went to Best Western Winners Circle who welcomed them with open arms! and at a better price!

Very clean the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast w very good. However the towels were pretty stiff and the bed was hard. Overall pret clear cut hotel nothing fancy. Great location for Oaklawn visits.

I didn’t like how every morning the cleaning crew would make a lot of noise when they was cleaning rooms around mine

everyone I encountered at the hotel were super nice, friendly and very helpful
